Yes but it wasn't me. In saint's row my Eviler Clone destroyed the world 35 minutes before I faced her in the Zin mother ship. That was the first jump I lost. I survived it but... totally a loss.
Now Commorragh was totally me but the bomb only activates a couple minutes after my jump ends. In case I spark and can go back and fix it.

Game Boy accidentally Binbougami Ga thanks to Grail Kun lying to him. Long story short Grail Kun flooded the setting with hellish evil glitch water and it's Game Boy's fault for listening to him. Good thing I purchased the Digitizer in the Captain N jump but unfortunately I'm unable to reverse engineer it for most of the jump

So I'm having Game Boy fix his fuckups and sending Tsundachi and Vash's .45 Long Colt as an item spirit to help him out as he runs around the setting blasting evil glitch zombies and while the gods and me fix the rest of the corruption

Nope, we got better. We finally replaced the original piece of shit that's on the drive.

The current Sailor Moon jump has an optional +0 drawback to change it to Crystal continuity.

So far, I think the worst I've accidentally' did a couple of small towns in Sherlock.

And entire worlds in minecraft, I guess, but those don't count.

Incidentally, how do the natural potential rankings work? Is, say, 3 times SS an SSS rank? What's the difference like between them anyway?

Um, not much more beyond that. An angel eventually showed up after my core consciousness didn't dissipate for some reason, properly ressurected me in part and then apologised for the whole misunderstanding while asking for help to save what was left of the world. I figured the ones trying to kill me were probably left either dead or horribly maimed by the blast wave, so-why not, ain't got nothing better to do.

...I spent the rest of the jump trudging through a desolate wasteland of a setting shattered by magical calamities.

It was very bleak and probably monotonous. My faculties were pretty borked by the whole thing too, so I had to sorta scoop up my spiritual energy to slowly build up my strength.

It's the kind of story that's better told through big Coen Brothers-style camera pans and Nihei-style panels than some internet posts. Suffice to say there was so much ambient despair my recovery happened quicker than I'd expected.

Also Issei was probably jacking it to ghost porn in a cave somewhere according to another user.

A question about the book of darkenss from the scenario: does it also have the abilities described for the book of the dawning sky? I mean the internal world and unlimited storage of spells and mana.

I'm not sure, because right now it reads like the book of darkness only has 666 slots, and can't hold any more after it is full.

Can someone help me understand how Slayers magic works?

The way I understand it is people have a Pool Capacity, which is their standard mana pool, and a Bucket Capacity, which is how much power they can put into any one spell. So people have their own mana pool. But the spells all work by drawing power from spirits and the like. So what's the deal?

You're using your own magic to create a channel to the spirit. A more powerful spirit needs a stronger channel to be able to transmit their power, costing more mana to create.

As far as Nanoha ranking systems go, keep in mind that there are no rank SSS ever shown(that I know of), and Hayate, a rank SS, has thrown around enough firepower to earn the nickname of Ms 'Nuclear Launch Detected'.
