The characteristics section may have been a mistake given the Elve sub-race section already established characteristics. The result isn't bad, but why mention it at all if you can so easily override their initially presented characteristics? I don't actually dislike the section, but perhaps this means the sub-race section itself should have a differing effect on the Elf other than personality. For example the Celestial elves already provide magical affinity to her, so replace the personality addition of the subrace with something else on top of that. Maybe give each elf two unique characteristics. In the case of Celestial "Magic" and "_____" whatever blank might be.

I would like to see the Drawbacks section expanded to have benefits outside of the Class/Companion section. In addition to what is currently there, of course. I wouldn't mind taking drawbacks to round of the flavor and the character, but I don't want more or less class/companions. Maybe an added section with enhanced drawbacks but special items, rewards or what not. In addition, perhaps instead of losing companions or classes some would have drawbacks and alter where you could take companions and clases from out of your existing pool rather than increasing or decreasing it.

Just some thoughts.
