Returning Primarchs - Leman Russ

If more primarchs are returning will Leman Russ return as wulfen or as a full on fenrisian wolf?

Why exactly would he be a wulfen? He doesn't have the Canis Helix in him or did he some how absorb it after crash landing on Fenris as a baby?

Big E put it in him for giggles when he was just a variety baby, didn't he?

The helix is derived from a segment of his genome

So bothering to look it up it's not a part of the gene seed process but something you have to drink that gives you the Canis Helix.

So I guess Puppy Russ could have it if he drank it to

I'm assuming he's going to return as a massive wolf

As a champion of Khorne.

kek

Someone post a pic thread of smug apple-eating economy wolf-girl already and get it over with.

Wut?

There are 4 Primarchs that need to return, for the Empire to win.
Guilliman
Corvus
Vulkan
Dorn.

They could work quite well together, unify the Empire and give wise counsel and guidance. The rest? No so much.
An honorable fifth would be Jaghatai Khan.

Dude, Jaghatai Khan is must have in this case, even more so than Dorn, who might be too stubborn to effectively cooperate with other brothers.

That said they're all much better choices than Lion and Russ. Those fuckers will tear the Imperium apart.

I can almost see it. Logan whines to Papa wolf that the mean old Inquisition tried to fight them and Russ loses his shit trying to go after them.

>try to have a conversation about 40k
>what about russ?
>fenris is so cool
>lol they have wulfs blood
why are space wolf fans so insufferable? you can't talk about anything 40k related without them bringing up their shit tier primarch and degenerate furry bullshit. even ultrafags aren't this bad.

I like Jaghatai, but wasn`t he a bit of a loner, just running his own business in the times of the HH? He didn`t really worked too much with other Primarchs, or at least, had less interactions with them.

Hey there now, anyone who hates the Dark Angels can't be that bad.

I thought Dorn was kill

the wolves themselves aren't bad, the fans tend to ruin them.

Behold, the true form of Russ!

SeeTook long enough.

...

OP here

Not even a fan of wolves

Just read about the whole helix thing for the first time today

Read that primarch left suddenly and the helix was a part of his genome

Hadn't found anything discussing the possiblity of him turning full wolf

So I made this thread

>Bitches about wolf shit
>Every other word in lore is wolf
>Blames the fans

KYS

What happened to Sanguinus corpse?

Good question

Wolf primarch would never sell

He'll come back with an escort of wulfen on the back of a wolf of unusual size

Riding some obnoxiously massive (usually flying) mount is kind of a running theme with GW lately.

Russ and Bobby G were best buds outside of codex thing.

Preserved on Baal.

I thought the Canis Helix was developed back in like 20K during the Dark Age of Technology?

The Emperor told Malcador not to worry about Russ, saying his heart was true and would never fall. Then later in the convo told Malcador to watch the Khan the hardest of all the Primarch's who were still up in the air in their loyalties

Checked. But wrong. Gulliman respected Russ a hell of a lot but found him a pain in the ass. When the KGB squad of Space Wolves showed up to watch over Gulliman he was constantly bitching about Russ to everyone, his marines, his mortal allies, and even to Lion El'Johnson

Fucking furries from the 20th millenium had the technology to indulge in more than fursuits.

And as usual faggots respond with memes

Got taken from the Vengeful Spirit along with Big E, then got transported to Baal for proper burial.

Now in a sarcophagus, still looking fabulous. Dante is wearing his deathmask.

>red hair
>long tail
That's apparently a fox, not a wolf

>wasn`t he a bit of a loner, just running his own business in the times of the HH?

yep, but he doesn't have to cooperate at all times with them closely. Moreover - If they somehow manage to get imperium on the right tracks I believe it could use one scholary primarch with understanding for psykers which is also very important if humanity is to move from where it is right now.

>The Emperor told Malcador not to worry about Russ, saying his heart was true and would never fall. Then later in the convo told Malcador to watch the Khan the hardest of all the Primarch's who were still up in the air in their loyalties
True, but:
1. He also would never thought Horus would betray him.
2. Khan while calculating, after all stayed true and took part in desperate defence of Imperial Palace. Moreover - back then he was deciding between two seemingly reasonable sides of difficult conflict, he would much rather see mended. In 40k it would be choice between Imperium and fucking chaos abominations.
3. I don't doubt Russ is loyal. The problem is, he's too much of a hothead, not to mention - hipocrite ("our priests are totally not a witches!")

I would be very happy with a big ass wild man wulfen deal. Or just and old viking man. Either or.

>Russ stuck in warp near death

>Fast forward, Russ dies fighting in warp

Amd Ferrus Manus body?

Fabious Bile took it, cloned it over a dozen times and tried to implant Ferus's memories into it. It always failed and pissed Fulgrim off because the hands were wrong and it didn't act right.

Ferrus Manus's hands were covered in Necrodemis, Bile can't clone that.

Logically you could argue that the important thing isn't to find Ferrus's head or body, you want his hands. Primarch DNA + Necrodermis?

That is how he comes back.

Nice contrarian shitposting, faggot.

Fuck sake. imma gonna slap you with my necrodermis dick.

Fabius took nothing. Fabius was cloning Ferrus from the blood on Fulgrim's daemom sword. Because the blood was tainted, the clones came out wrong each time. Fabius asked Fulgrim to get him a better sample of Ferrus but the primarch refused for some reason.

>Not including Sanguinus, the most beloved primarch of them all and literally the Emperor's angel

For shame.

It disappeared, because there's various rumours about who has it stashed away where - some reckon a vault on Mars, but no-one knows for sure.

I'd still rank Ferrus as the 2nd least likely loyalist to come back, after Sanguinus and ahead (no pun intended) of Dorn.

This'd pair up pretty well with the traitor primarchs:
Horus, like Sang, is bullshit powerful, has a death that's a major part of the setting, and has a 40k replacement/representative who can fill their role without totally stealing the show.
Curze, like Ferrus, is known to be pretty damn dead, and their death is pretty important to their place in the setting.
Dorn and Alpharius both have "possibly dead" status, with varying reports

I am guessing it is in at least 3 parts somebody probably jacked the hands quickly before anybody could recover the rest of the body.

Sanguinus will probably rise from the grave like a vampire and terrorise Baal for years before anyone figures out what's going on.

Sanguinius will return when Horus returns, at the end of all things.
Preferably by Dante mantling into Sanguinius and when Abaddon mantling into Horus.

Horus is gone forever. His soul was destroyed by the Emperor.

>fans of [a faction] like to talk about [faction]
Well who would have thought?

Torn apart by EC, Fulgrim gave the skull to Horus.

40k fans are insufferable in general. Aspergers is after all the asshole disease.

Mad non high functioning fag detected

Wasn't Vulkan kill? Or was it just in a non-canon novel?

he's a perpetual so they could easily return him in the future (as far as i know)
