Tell me Veeky Forums, how much alien DNA can you inject into a person while still having said person look human?

Tell me Veeky Forums, how much alien DNA can you inject into a person while still having said person look human?

Just what the fuck is Samus by this point? Is it beastiality to sleep with her?

The process is entirely fictional, so the answer is "However much you want".

Depends on how inexplicably human-looking the alien(s) are.

You mean splicing?
Unless it fucks up their mental reasoning it will by my count never count as bestiality. Though hella weird after a point and downright bizarre after another.
And well, if it's Star Trek alien DNA you could basically replace the human with a fullblooded Vulcan and would still look more human.

Or you could splice her with just a tinge of ant (which is not alien) DNA and you have a freak that's inhuman. The eyes and mouth would most likely fuck it up the quickest.

Why do people come to Veeky Forums specifically to ask their pointless questions about wholly imaginary things?

Shitposting is a traditional game by now. 18 year olds were born 1999, well old enough to have known shitposting their entire lives.

bruh, do you not get any of this?

because 40k isn't imaginary i guess?

...

>Is it beastiality to sleep with her?
If it is, I don't even want to fuck humans anymore.

That's a flying jellyfish-birdwoman with a robot.

I despise those heels. They are a symbol of everything wrong with how Samus is treated.

Also Megaman you don't even have anything under your chassis. Unless Dr Light is one weird fucker, which I'm not entirely dismissing.

If you don't get the difference between discussing a established and published fictional universe and asking a Veeky Forums to come up with hard sci-fi stats on some general fictional concept that's buttery soft sci-fi, I can't fix what's wrong with you.

Not even with genetic engineering.

>how much alien DNA can you inject into a person

>wrong
Basically the Samus herself is a wholly wrong concept, since she's woman. So she can freely walk and shoot even in power bikini or without it too, it doesn't even matter anything at this point.

>They are a symbol of everything wrong with how Samus is treated.
Oh please, we're talking about the woman whose video game debut included 8 bit bikini shots as a reward for finishing the game quickly. If anything she has only gotten more dignified over time.

This. Fuck heels, boots are far sexier.

"Things used to be worse" is a shitty reason not to desire improvement.

Who's talking about that? They're impractical as fuck is all.
If she wants to wear battle bikinis under her armor then that's cool. But the sexy lycra zero suit is supposedly something you fight in. I can buy forcefields and space age magic material makes it viable protection but what benefits are there to that kind of footwear?
Doesn't she fight in space pirate bases with metal grill flooring a lot of the time anyway? Behold the fearless Hunter who has gotten stuck when her heel got jammed! There's probably a porn plot in that...

"Things aren't the way I want them to be now" is an even worse reason to deny improvement.

They're jet-heels whom she double jumps with.

What the fuck are you talking about? Nothing about that statement makes sense.

>but what benefits are there to that kind of footwear?
Aren't they supposed to be rocket boosters or something? And the heels really don't look -that- narrow.

I guess it's the old feminist paradigm where women can be as sexy as they want until it arouses men, but then men also aren't allowed to tell them to stop.

Forgot, another reason is don't quote me on this some of her original design pieces mention that her shoes shouldn't have heels of any significant height.
It's not like you can't redesign a character. Not like you can't improve things. But there's literally no benefit to it in-universe. Also the yellow shoes just look dumb. It's getting a little petty now but they also just plain don't look that nice.

The only time I've seen "up-close" 0-suit Samus is in brawl/sm4sh, where the heels seem to be very thick and not "that" high heel. At least, for some reason I remember basically going "oh, I guess it's not too bad and it's just fanart that obviously sexualises the jet boots a bit."

>Forcefields and magic materials can make lycra bulletproof
>They can't make heels provide more traction or a bigger effective surface area than contemporary shoe technology can

Cherrypicking, ladies and gentlemen.

>he didn't understand that
Here's a 3rd party's explanation. said "Things were worse in the past, quit bitching". said "But it's now how I like it now.". said "It's better than before, thus there was improvement."

>But there's literally no benefit to it in-universe.
This has already been proven wrong in this very thread.

>Also the yellow shoes just look dumb.
1. Samus has bigger priorities than fashion.
2. I have no idea how the zerosuit and her power armor interact, but if the yellow parts of her shoes somehow lock into the power suit or whatever, it all matches somewhat.

>tfw you were about to post that same image
Veeky Forums hivemine is getting to me.

>don't quote me on this
too bad nerd

The concept you're thinking of is from zero mission, and that was most likely only done to normalize the spritework with the power suit.

>implying barefoot isn't best

*>But it's not how I like it (right) now
Damn typo

Feet are disgusting though.

Well let's take a quick look at the recipe.

>Inject with Chozo DNA to survive Zebes and become superhuman
>Next, flood with Phazon until 99% corrupted
>At this point biometric scans can no longer recognize the original creature
>Drain Phazon and allow to sit for 3 games
>Add Metroid DNA to combat X-Parasite infection
>Now place in pot of X soup until Ice Beam is absorbed
>This should restore full beam functionality and counteract the cold weakness
>Leave on counter to cool and never serve anything else ever again

Seems complex but doable.

...

So how big are the insides of her ships?

>wearing a second pair of shoes underneath your power shoes
for what purpose

>But there's literally no benefit to it in-universe
The universe isn't realistic. Sci-fi space magic can give it any benefit the current designer would like.

>how big are the insides of Chozo ships?

>I'm really going to enjoy drawing this!!!
>yfw artist is an assman

But she poops from her butt so it probably smells like ass. Why would you prefer it over breasts? Well, even breasts can be disgusting unless they're perfectly shaped.

When you really bother to think about it, female bodies are pretty disgusting. No wonder Greeks loved sculpting naked men so much more, from a purely objective and non-sexual point of view men are just a lot more A E S T H E T I C

Is that why the Egyptians drew so many pictures of themselves with massively long penises?

Well, they wuz kangz 'n shiet.

Reminder that SA-X is the true hero of Metroid Fusion.

I mean I guess that makes sense if you ignore the entire plot of the game.

>8-bit bikini shots
You mean the easiest way to depict that she's a woman on the scale of that sprite?

Her taking her helmet off only shows that she has long hair, and since it was the 80s, that's a shit indicator of gender. Much like the design philosophy behind Mario's design, it was mean to render a concept in low definition.

Not to mention that it's a reference to Alien; where Ripley is in her undies in several of her iconic scenes.

>It's not sexualizing if it references another instance of a woman running around in bikini

Except for the fact that Ripley isn't being sexualized when she's running around in a bikini.

Give it up, guys.
Samus is a ruined character.

Nintendo never liked her to begin with, Smash turned her into fap fodder, tumblr tried to force her to be a tranny, and people equate her being out of her suit as rape.

Nintendo will never make a new Metroid game. She's dead. Leave her be.

>Smash turned her into fap fodder
>Smash

>bikini
Neither of you have seen Alien, eh?

Until Zero Suit Samus was a thing and Smash made her a character known outside of the really small Metroid fanbase, the only fanfiction you'd see of Samus was her getting black-out drunk in bars and wiping out every bad guy alien in fiction.

She use to actually be seen as a strong female character and not "Skin-tight McFuck Tits; Star of Slutroid".

Reminder that X were an intelligent species. The stole memories/knowledge, not personality.

I can appreciate the character of Ripley and I'm sure Sigourney Weaver is a decent person, but I cannot comprehend how anyone could think this look is supposed to be blatant sex symbol wankbait.

It's masculine as fuck. That's not what I associate with a traditional female sex symbol.

Fuckin' decent character, though.

That's the point.
Technically speaking, a woman in her skivvies isn't sexualizing her unless she's in a sexual pose. The only times Samus has come close to sexily posing for the camera is Smash Brothers Zero Suit Samus. Even her "bikini" endings in the Metroid games are just her standing there.

Even her spirte at the end of Super Metroid gave her some rippling abs; something that's rarely ever equated with feminine sexuality.

This idea that she's "stripping for you" is a pretty recent idea. A long time ago, a lot of people just saw it as "She's such an ace bounty hunter, she could have done this in her underwear", which she does if you beat the first game in the least amount of time and start the game over.

That helmet on the right looks like some fifties pulp sci-fi book cover shit.

>She use to actually be seen as a strong female character and not "Skin-tight McFuck Tits; Star of Slutroid".

Aren't you an innocent and sweet summer child.

I've been playing Metroid since 1990.

Her being nothing more that a turbo-slut is incredibly recent. Not even Japan gave enough of a shit to do porn of her until Zero Suit Samus.

What gives you the idea she's still human at all?
All that Tzeentchian shit that's gone off with her body (Including being raised by the proto-species whose warp essence became the first Lords of Change) I wouldn't be surprised if her bounty hunting resulted in nun-human growths over time that she surgically removes on a periodical basis.

Infact, I'm fairly sure she USED to be male, but Slaanesh got a hold of her, and Tzeetch Decked Slaanesh in the face and "saved" her by throwing her to another galaxy away from the warp but close enough for minor influence, not before salvaging the gender-raep Slaanesh induced on the young primarch.

The Bounty hunting is primarily out there to afford the surgeries, and gene-therapy that have utterly ruined her body something fierce, the other stuff is to go towards a warp Drive she's been buildign since forever so she can jump back to the main known universe she came from to prepare a chapter to fucking Exterminatus the Spess Pirates once and for all before Tzeentch gives Ridley Daemonhood.

I mean, you may have not played Tau: Fire warrior, but the lord of Change in that literally fights identical Ridley.

The other reason is that Samus getting pregnant probably would result in some kind of horrid Cosmic horror.

>40kek
this board is for people over 18.

>really small metroid fanbase

Nigga what

It's definitely bestiality, but it's the sexy kind of bestiality

People over 18 that act as if they never were.

fbpb

The Metroid fanbase is fucking tiny

Are we talking over all or comparatively? because frankly, its really easy to be "Tiny" comparatively to things like mario.

Probably because Metroid games never really were that good desu.

This

Someone post all tomorrows

>inb4 people getting triggered by qu

Actually, the zero suit is just supposed to be what she wears under the armour. In the only game where you play as zero suit Samus, it's when the power suit is damaged and you have to sneak around and avoid enemies until you get the suit back and can get back to kicking ass. They just made ZSS as playable character in Smash, because why not? They already have multiple Links, so having an alternative Samus doesn't seem out of place (especially when the choices for Metroid-based characters is very limited).

Downy feather pubes

This is starting to turn into a meme.

Don't viruses inject their RNA and meddle with the DNA of their hosts big time, as vectors?

Isn't there a theory that all the ''blank DNA'' (DNA not used in any kind of protein sequences) is actually the genetic residue of countless virus vectors?

>Don't viruses inject their RNA and meddle with the DNA of their hosts big time, as vectors?
>
>Isn't there a theory that all the ''blank DNA'' (DNA not used in any kind of protein sequences) is actually the genetic residue of countless virus vectors?
Yes to both. The latter is just a theory, we don't actually know if it's the case.

Viruses meddle with individual cells, not the host as a whole, because they are slow and immune systems hinder them from doing so.

>we wuz Qu n shieeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeet

She was always the Mix of Badass ripley and Doomgirl

Until Other M Happened and they made the manga canon with the memey MUH PTSD

as for the body still being human...

The chozo knew to to get shit done in terms of genetics

An alien can look human, so all you want.

Have there been any canonical pictures of Samus shown, post Fusion?

Not out of the suit. Dialogue suggests it might be fused to her skin, although that's not confirmed.

Rather, the zero suit is what she wears normally, in regular most-sci-fi-characters fashion. It's only slightly better form-fitting than the TNG era starfleet uniforms and more or less on par with what everyone wears in space in last decade's Gundams. She lives on a ship most of the time, and she doesn't need pockets? Bam. Skintight. So chances are if she was a guy, the bulges would just be in a different place.

Technically the most successful viruses actually *INTEGRATE* themselves into our bodies or genome without killing us. Phages living in our mucus, for example.

How exactly does the viral RNA or DNA actually take over, anyways? I don't mean how the cell penetration occurs, but rather what comes between the uncoating and replication?

I forget, my biology classes ended like 4 years ago and I didn't pay that much attention anyway.

Well surely someone on here knows. Maybe I'll get lucky. I tried looking it up online but most things skip straight to the virus fused or unloaded its genome, and now the cell makes it.

BUT WHY?

>Tell me Veeky Forums, how much alien DNA can you inject into a person while still having said person look human?
Yes

>Is it beastiality to sleep with her?
Also yes, though on her end
>Just what the fuck is Samus by this point?
A goddess

Ii understand why this picture is posted so often, but I don't get why one of the saddest moments in the entire show was picked? are we supposed to be sad when you ask "where do you think we are?"

true facts

She's a jinx is what she is. Anywhere she goes, in under 3h 15min you've got a goddamn cataclysm on your hands.

The last existing individual of a species was SOLD TO SCIENCE after she rendered them otherwise extinct herself; something she was being paid exorbitant amounts for to begin with!

She has been to numerous worlds and colonies in deep space, and the thing you've got to ask is... what happened to all of them?

You see that ship come down in through your atmosphere? ... basically... run.

What is with all the Tumblr fucking feminists, up in this goddamned thread?

Samus is no less of a badass now than she ever was, and really no less of a sex symbol, considering her first appearance included an 8-bit bikini. She was always meant to be sexy, always meant to be a badass, and will never not be either of those things.

Fuck off you whiny bitches.

Didn't play Other M, did you?

You're supposed to remember where you are. The line is meme-able because it's isolated and poignant and just a little bit funny.

I watched a playthrough didn't have the money to buy it and the family heroin addict sold the system I'd play it on. I didn't think it was bad, really the only bad part was the cringy commanding officer shit, which I can forgive, as long as the next game is Prime tier, personally I would consider it incredibly unrealistic and unbelievable if she didn't show symptoms of PTSD at some point, in-game or out, even the Chozo can't kill emotion and as far as I can gather they didn't want to.

I know exactly where I am, but that scene was so fucking sad, man.

This, basically. Though the introduction of a sexy skin-tight suit was just asking for a flood of fetish junk. Personally, I'm alright with that.

Biomechanical suit when?

Hasn't it always been biomechanical? or did you mean in a different way?

The problem with Other M was that it not only turned Samus from "hardened bounty hunter" to "wimpy waifu" but it also basically killed the series. Then Nintendo decided to give us "Federation Force" which was shit and sold shitty numbers, which basically put the final nail in the coffin.

>Is it beastiality to sleep with her?

Yes

For her

She wasn't all that wimpy in Other M, Vulnerable perhaps, but as I said excusable.
Do you really think they're gonna let one of their flagship series die? Nintendo isn't stupid, and will learn from their mistake here, hopefully handing Metroid back to Rare, who brought what was once dead back to life, and if Rare is dead maybe they'll find someone better, who knows? all I know is I have faith in Nintendo.

Well Konami did turn Silent Hill into a pachinko machine so i would say anything is possible.

>Do you really think they're gonna let one of their flagship series die?
Yes, because anything that isn't Mario, Pokemon, LoZ, Smash Bros. or FE gets shoved under the fucking bus for not meeting their expectations.

Like, when have you seen a new F-Zero game, what about Golden Sun, WarioWare, or even Wario Land in general? It's easier to assume that the series is dead rather than hoping for a new game that turns out to be dogshit like Star Fox Zero.

>As long as the next game is Prime tier.
What an unfortunate choice of words.

Konami != Nintendo, they've been moving away from traditional video game platforms for years, trying to go full mobile, this might be a mistake but oh well.
The only reason Nintendo didn't support Metroid for years is that it was never very big in Japan, mostly because Samus is a Bounty Hunter and they look down on that profession big time over there, and Nintendo has always put Japan first, although it has shifted some in our favor, in recent years, Japan is still very influential on their decisions.

I never really liked Star Fox, F-Zero, or Wario, and never played Golden Sun, so I couldn't care less if they put out a good game for any of them.
