Officers are drawn from military academies, soldiers are drawn from the rabble.

Promotions don't exist; exemplary service is rewarded through other means (land, etc.)

Why do you think OP keeps using this image?

Females can have a good smart tactical mind when educated, but they maybe too valuable(need babys) or considered too weak to actually fight on the front line

Did you make any attempt to use Google Image Search before posting

Some crazy religion.

The Patriarchy.

Yes, it doesn't work for me

The culture simply believes women aren't fit for combat, that's all you need to say. Female officers might all be brought in through schooling instead of getting promoted for battlefield achievement.

In that case, I'll show you another trick.

Don't forget that using the built-in GIS gives a slightly different bubble than just using basic GIS. Always worth a shot to use both.

Works for me.

Have it be based on nobility. Rank and file is drawn from common males, nobles are given a free pass to officer with some schooling.

Different standards apply to the nobility, from which officers are drawn, and to the common people, who provide the rank-and-file soldiers. Maybe nobles are actually from a different ethnic and cultural group due to conuest or some such. Maybe noble bloodlines have actual, tangible advantages, if that fits the setting, which mean that nobles can make effetcive warriors or leaders of warriors regardless of their gender.

>Officers are drawn from military academies, soldiers are drawn from the rabble.
>Promotions don't exist; exemplary service is rewarded through other means (land, etc.)

The problem with that is it might demoralize the troops to take life-risking orders from someone who never had to risk their own life in this way. It could happen, but the nation might pay a price in combat.

The problem is more that I have to use the shitty ps4 browser (Computer broke recently), so reverse searching just doesn't work

[Desire for revolution intensifies]

The best answer is nobility and class-nepotism, where nobles could essentially buy their way into.

But you weren't interested in an answer, were you, OP?

>They end up in the household of a wealthy prince who fucks one of them per day and mostly leaves them alone after that
How's that a bad end?

Fuck off namefag.

"Depends on the setting" Honestly, it depends on the development level of the society. And do you mean 'only' female officers, or female and male officers, but only male footsloggers? If the latter case, it's simply a matter of nobility or hereditary military titles for being an officer. Sometimes men don't have sons before dying in service or being wounded in a way that prevents making children. Or if there's a religion, officers are chosen by deities, but the basic soldiers are just conscripts.

you don't need different ethnic groups with one being extra smart.
both genders are already as capable as each other on the strategic and taxtical thinking part. Men do have a physical advantage though and if the culture focuses on quality of its soldiers rather than quantity having all military inclined women funneled into the officer roles would mean their physical disadvantage doesn't effect the units effectiveness.

you wouldn't even really need a rule against women as warriors. If you just have demaning enough requirments you'll end up with men only by default.

Why did this question come up? I need context to give you a good answer.

Officer's commissions are inherited, not meritorious and the legal system recognizes Agnatic-Cognatic inheritance.

Solved.

>Why did this question come up?
Probably because he has the modern presumption that every soldier has a marshall's baton in his backpack.

>wearing makeup into battlefield
k

Geno Five-Two Chilliad.

Aren't female soldiers nowadays allowed to wear make-up on duty?

Given the abundence of make-up, the fact that she's dressed in borderline slutgear, the crown on her collar and her utterly unprofessional and unworthy conduct, I'm going to guess she's daddy's little princess put in charge of a meme brigade that only existed for show and was never supposed to see combat. In other words, little miss blueblood had it coming.

Spartans used to braid their hair and wash themselves in expensive oils the night before battle.

It's a coup that triggered during a parade or formal event, not a battlefield. There's fucking rose petals and a red carpet.

>Society is a matriarchy
>Men naturally tend to make better soldiers due to being bigger, stronger, and having a more robust skeletal structure (so humans or another race where males are bigger)
>Despite men being better soldiers women are still supposed to lead so they are officers

The exact system could be whatever you want, perhaps noblewomen make up the officer ranks and men of lower classes (mercenaries, yeomen, peasants, sons of merchants) make up the bulk of the army. Perhaps each noblewoman is tasked with raising her own regiment (or whatever) and since men make better soldiers they almost always recruit mostly or entirely men. Perhaps it is some sort of republic/stratocracy where lady senator generals lead the male soldiers into battle.

Essentially nothing stops the average woman from being an officer, you don't need to be big, strong, or even physically fit to be a general, plenty of generals were fat sacks of shit, some of them were even good generals.

>wear make-up on duty

That's called cam cream user

Why does this excite me?

Because terror is nothing but swift, inflexible justice and that's kind of hot

Officer is a soldier m8

Various societies used eunuchs as generals, like the Late Roman Empire, one of their most successful generals was Narses who'd got the chop as a child.

Given how eunuchs without hormone treatment have the bone density of a 90 year old woman and the musculature of a child (well done Game of Thrones for making them elite shock troops with deep voices) they'd be physically outclassed in everything except height by your average woman.

So yeah, definately no barrier to female generals from a historical perspective, excepting the obvious social aversions.

Because they have no choice in the matter, presumably.

>Executing prisoners with muzzle loading pistols
See you in three days

it would be more common and likely to have female officers and not female soldiers. the officers job isn't to be in the fight its to control the fight. you can be physically weaker as an officer because its less likely you will be directly soldiering.

Because death is erotic. I always try to eroticize the death of female NPCs in the RPG campaigns I run. Their helpless fear in the face of death, watching their courage and composure break down under humankind's greatest weakness, is perhaps the greatest submission possible. Nothing is greater. It's one of the great things about roleplaying games: they let us explore this feeling in greater depth than any movie or TV show ever could, with the kind of detachment that allows us to enjoy it.

Fuck off, Virt

>The problem is more that I have to use the shitty ps4 browser (Computer broke recently), so reverse searching just doesn't work
What about the built-in GIS accessed through clicking the triangle next to the image?

>The problem with that is
OP just wanted to feel a peepee tingle while simultaneously posting on Veeky Forums; you're looking too hard for a rational answer.

Mid and high ranking officers are drawn from the upper classes. Academies, nobility, or just anybody who has pockets deep enough to pay for a position.

You can also work with caste systems, religion, all-female chivalric orders, or just plain magic.

>My penis is named justice

Sex and death are both highly taboo things that are strongly connected.

I mean, as someone in the UK, this story was pretty popular even though it's unimportant. It's just an inexperienced middle-class person going to fight ISIS and probably get shot.

But oh boy, if she gets killed or worse, captured, the media is going to be milking it and sensationalizing it for every last penny. They'll make millions off of it too.

Eh, that blonde US cutie who got captured in Iraq and put in a rape dungeon was a lot more telegenic.

Nobody outside of Britain is going to care about that one, sorry.

>Kimberly Taylor, 27 who quit UK last year
>quit UK last year

What the fuck is this trying to say? You can't 'quit' a country like you quit a job

I think it's one of those quirks of British English, where "to quit" is probably closer to the French root word "quitter", which can mean "to leave" in certain contexts.

But it's clearly a picture of a soldier putting a fellow soldier to death to stop them suffering as the vile feminisation gas causes them intense agony as it reshapes their body.

You actually can now. They revoke your citizenship and you're a person without a country.

Like an actual Kurd.

Fair enough, never heard of it being used this way.

I need a source for this, for an uh school project.

Still, the media covered what she was doing and where she was located to the point where they might as well have been screaming:
>Please ISIS, please attack this location and kill her so we can have a week of absolute sensationalist nonsense and sell papers like hotcakes!

Some papers and websites even have maps pinpointing locations where she's likely camped.

She's literally a commie. She IS the radical, she wants a revolution in the West.

Nothing of value will be lost and anyway, I highly doubt they'll put her near the frontlines without an escort since she's clearly a very willing and cooperative propaganda mouthpiece for them and the Kurds aren't stupid, they know what a coup it'd be for ISIS if they captured her.

Just watch some of the reports on her, her Kurdish handlers are literally prompting her responses from behind the camera. They want more westerners over there fighting so the West's tv cameras will point in their direction and western politicians will provide them with more aid.

It didn't happen outside of /pol/'s feverish imaginings.

I just started typing "US female so"

and it autocompleted to "US female soldier captured in Iraq".

en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Jessica_Lynch

>western politicians will provide them with more aid
That's still better than aiding ISIS like CIA does

>You can't 'quit' a country like you quit a job
You can renounce citizenship. It's generally bad idea unless you're getting another one instead, but that's your call.

HM Government won't even revoke the citizenships of actual fucking jihadis, let alone some naive darling who's decided she's going to go on an adventure and be a stronk female warrior.

>Lynch, who has fair skin and fine blond hair that falls to her shoulders

It would be hilarious if the media described males the same way they describe females.

No, YOU go back to [other website]

Let's be honest, that's all that really matters. Judging by her photo she wasn't in the military because she was big and strong.

mcsweeneys.net/articles/if-women-wrote-men-the-way-men-write-women

If she was male, they'd barely have reported it.

>Judging by her photo she wasn't in the military because she was big and strong.
Yeah, I think she was in the military because she was a good supply clerk.

You know, like what her job title says.

I shouldn't take the bait, but that pic triggers me HARD.

>Elf
Fights at range and is agile as fuck. She doesn't go near danger and is able to put a zillion arrows into anything that tries to close the gap, while she jumps away.
>Amazon
Quite obviously RIPPED AS FUCK and more than capable of twisting anyone smaller than the knight into a pretzel. No-one gives the male barbarians shit for only wearing a loincloth, so she gets a pass as she is quite clearly JACKED and ready to tear orcs in half
>Sorceress
She fucking commands the ELEMENTAL FORCES OF THE COSMOS to defy all natural laws and obey her whim. She doesn't need to be fast or strong, because oh look, you're a block of ice, or being burned alive by fire from the sky, or any number of other impossibilities!

None of these girls are unfit for purpose. None of them are some nymphete girl with twig arms and a plate metal bikini (okay, Amazon does, but if Dwarf gets to run around bare-chested, so does she), trying to swing a sword they shouldn't be able to lift! So why the FUCK are they supposedly captured by some peasant with a beard? GOD this pisses me off!

Why do all the little guys have such colorful coats and such funny hats?

Tumblrific!

Proper supply chain (or absence thereof) can decide wars, it happened before, you know.

That reads more like some erotica novel by a female author than any male author describing a female character that I've ever read.

Die Jacobin scum

To be fair, although the Unsullied are a profoundly retarded concept on every level, the books make it clear that they are elite troops in the sense of "can be run over by horses and they'll go meh" while being physically weaker, but yeah, they are pretty retarded.

They are a great metaphor tho.

>It would be hilarious if the media described males the same way they describe females.
There was nothing in my post that should lead you to believe I don't respect the ability of supply clerks.

Who says it's the peasant who captured them?

He's probably just the flunky of whoever defeated them and was lucky enough to get picked to transport them to the slave market.

This one's good too:

mcsweeneys.net/articles/unused-audio-commentary-by-howard-zinn-and-noam-chomsky-recorded-summer-2002-for-the-fellowship-of-the-ring-platinum-series-extended-edition-dvd-part-one

Don't trigger yourself too many times. It's not good for a growing boy.

Because you're commie, bourgeois, fascist or some combination of thers common enemies of nobility.

To be fair there is more than one way to render a person unconscious which do not involve physical strength or prowess e.g. drugs and alcohol.

I'm really starting to regret unleashing this pic on the board.

Note to self: Never play in one of your games.

Relax, she'll be a political prisoner. Then the party can come to the rescue, breaking her out of the palace where she's held under house arrest and teaching her to be a real leader, capable of raising a rebellion and freeing her people!

I wish I was a drawfag so I could draw some pompadour wearing noblewoman with a face caked with make-up wielding a bat and a tattoo on her arm that read "Die Jacobin Scum".

He's a wizard or something, calm down

>this epic maymay
If CIA aids ISIS it's because Trump wants it now.

>This one's good too:

I can't trust your taste.

Sir you really shouldn't be triggered by softcore bondage porn

>Relax, she'll be a political prisoner.
Not if I'm calling the shots.

>How could a society have female officers but not female soldiers?
Sexism?

It's true; I thought Gods of Egypt was fucking great.

The Cold Steel the Hedgehog-tier training regime is what triggers me the most.

It's vice versa, CIA did it with Obama's support (you can find video on youtube where he announces that US forces are training ISIS) and now continues it against Trump.

>might demoralize the troops to take life-risking orders from those who don't
You realize this is how real life works, right? Privates don't work their way up to become generals. There's commissioned officers and NCOs for a reason.

blacked.com has great articles.

>I'm really starting to regret unleashing this pic on the board.
You should know by now that whenever you post a picture of a sexy female in a BAD END situation, someone on Veeky Forums will spam it for a year and a day.

It's why I haven't posted any of my collection of D&D ladies being hanged.

The artist in question is a tranny who loves ladies in bondage, so I don't think the question of how they ended up like that is too important.

I know for a fact they only take their meals at the inn and cook that shit themselves, with three other friendly adventurers there. Further, Elf could smell poison, or Amazon could just tank it, as if you try to blanket hit them with something in the pot, their sheer size difference means that if you want to make sure Amazon passes out, you'd need enough to kill Elf!

And why would they be dumb enough to be lured into a drinking contest or whatever? Again, it's just plain dumb! Besides, they're being wheeled away from the dungeon, where such considerations are moot to start with!

So why doesn't Sorceress transmute the chains, or Elf slip out? If it's a matter of speaking, Amazon could easily help get that gag down and if he tries to stop them, odds are she can break tables with her forehead, so he's fucked.

Any method a male adventurer could use to break out, they could; see my earlier comment about them being fit for purpose.
