Necromancer update when?

Page 1/2.

Page 2/2.

My teeth hurt just looking at this.

Don't use soda as a replacement for water in your teenagehood, kids.

am in Uk, is 6 pm.

get High End Laptop and Hoze of Replication, Guaranteed waifu

My friend has diabeetus. It's pretty awful because it's his parents' fault.

candy necklace, caramels - cant take a 3rd, id feel bad is she used guilt

If I picked by taste I would go Red Liquorice and Gummy Bears since those are the only ones this non-American has eaten. Except for Jelly Beans and Caramels but both suck.
But since I'm a scumlord who picks based on powers I will choose
>Caramels
>Chocolate Drops
IF this interacts in the way I think it does: I can switch genders with the Caramels, and Chocolate Drops makes me attractive to everyone even if they aren't attracted to my (new) gender. This means I can enjoy all facets of sexuality with zero downsides!
If not, I go
>Caramels
>Jelly Beans
Jelly Beans aren't too useful but at least it beats the rest.

Chocolate Drops and Lollipops.

My power is unstoppable.

Heh I was thinking the exact same thing and the same choices too.

How would Jelly Beans work with a god costume?

Argentina is actually insane.

US, 1 PM.

Put a few drops of molten gold in the hose, and voila, all the money I could ever need.

Look at India
>half-hour time zones
>3/4 hour time zone

depends which god we're talking about
as far as judeo-christian goes, i'd assume some small miracles like setting bushes on fire, water to wine, feeding many with fish & bread, maybe walking on water?

Lazarus?

God with a capital G doesn't have a costume. You could shoot lighting bolts with a toga though.
Unless of course "skill" refers to things they can do but not magical crap. Like Demeter having a green thumb but you can't change the seasons.

Mundane knowledge and skills.

adjective
1.
lacking interest or excitement; dull.
2.
of this earthly world rather than a heavenly or spiritual one.

So just normal skills. No burning bushes, unless you use a lighter, no miracle hearings. None of that stuff.

>Man is made in the image of God
>Take off your clothes
>You are now imitating God
Checkmate, atheists.

So what is Aetonic exactly?

>So just normal skills. No burning bushes, unless you use a lighter, no miracle hearings. None of that stuff.

That's your interpretation. For a god smacking someone with lightining would be pretty par of the course.

Really stretching it there. You must be desperate to feel powerful.

Looks like a vague catch all for substance based magic powers, like Bioshock's Adam and Eve, or Dune's Spice. Be a creepy Navigator, or some shit.

Again, that's your interpretation.

>3/4 hour time zone
That's Nepal you son of a whore!

It specifies *mundane* knowledge & skills, so I suppose you'd just gain theological insight into whichever's religion's god you were dressed as, & know how to do all there religious rituals (i.e. dress as Catholic Jesus & you now speak Latin & can do a really good mass etc.)

I said to look at India. It had 1/2 timezones. I could have worded the 3/4s better, but it was in the greater India area.

Sooo Desperate.

Just let it go mate. We know he thirsty. Anyone who can read knows.

Popcorn ball & a jawbreaker; I am now immortal & (nearly) invulnerable. Honestly I'm surprised no-one else has gone for the Popcorn ball; it was my immediate first choice.

If I was going to have a third one it would probably be either the toffee-apple or the gummi-bears, but I don't want to be mean to the imaginary little girl.

...

Popcorn ball and candy necklace.

...

...

Popcorn ball and jawbreaker, then the candy necklace. Her tricks are weaksauce, a small price to pay for being an invincible immortal with unlimited money.

Jesus didn't speak Latin though, did he?
And those would be associated with a priest costume, not god costume.

Hi pot.

Oooh boy.
>Caramels
>Popcorn balls
Hell to the fuck yes son, those are my favorites.
Also I guess the powers are pretty cool too. I guess I'll become James Bond, but for the pope or something. Just not the current pope, he sucks balls.

Pokemon Personified update when?

I'm still trying to wrap my head around what the fuck One-with-Ein is supposed to be and it now throws a wrench into how I viewed all the 'sights' interacting.

At face value, it's supposed to be a non-visual Adokori. Now, my fog metaphor/explanation needs some update. So, If you're in a magical fog that obscures *everything* around you, including all your senses:

Prophets will be able to 'see' whatever it is they look at and nothing else, as if they had a flashlight capable of piercing the fog.

Adokori will get glimpses of what's in the fog, these could be important or not, and where to step and not step.

One-with-Ein is capable of feeling what's in the fog. They'll know if they're standing on grass, sand, stone, etc. They'll be able to smell what's around them, hear the ambient noise and generally feel out their environment whereas none of the other ones can.

Meta-thinkers will see it as if people were watching a show/reading a book/seeing a movie about them. They'll hear the music that's playing for particular scenes, know what the camera is focusing on, hear the commentary from the audience, etc. They'll know if the fog is supposed to be creepy, dangerous, whimsical, whatever based on how it's presented to the audience.

So this is how I'd try to explain the way all these guys view the world and multiverse. Obviously, it's a lot more complicated and mind-trippy and the information wouldn't be so clear-cut.

So could an Adokori Prophet focus on the glimpses?

Yeah, I don't see why not. The more 'sights' you have, the more information you're getting, the more mind-trippy the whole thing gets. Might even start being dangerous to your sanity, if you care about that sort of thing. But this is all just how how see it and Highlander could have a different explanation.

>uses hyperbole in greentext to try and make a point.
>fails miserably

Scary but not annoying, plus I dont want to make the little girl cry.

...

Well if you can't tell what the fuck is happening in real time then you would start acting insane. It's like Lovecraft protagonists not actually being insane but seeing things on an altogether different scale.

I don't think this was meant as a hyperbole.

Man it has been a while since I saw you crying about no maps. How's it been?

Popcorn ball

>You become nearly indestructible
Good luck killing yourself. It won't be as easy as popping a few pills.

I'll swallow a nokia phone or something.

Be the little girl every time. Also agelessness.

It doesn't matter what you pick here, you're still going to die awfully.

You know, I'd love to see some kind of meta cyoa where all the people who have wished to be little girls are put in a classroom or something. Just to kind of pick up where the cyoa ended.

What's a good name for a comfy informal guild in a really powerful and wealthy fantasy academy? Idea is that the guilds are student-organised rather than official, the first two are your typical 'martial focus', 'magic focus', and the third was set up by people who wanted the social aspect of a guild but without any commitment or interest in anything too much like work.

Martial guild call themselves Knights of Dawn, mages the Seekers of Truth. I'm thinking comfy guild go by the House of Repose, but very tentatively.

>ruining a good adventure cyoa with "I choose not to adventure :P" option

The guilds aren't a big part of the CYOA at all, since they're student-based rather than formal. Just for character establishment, basically. Plus I figured it felt natural that some people would want to be in a non-dramatic house for worldbuilding purposes.

Imperial Knights should be added in there. Top-tier is Inquisitor and Rogue Trader. These offer you the most freedom, opportunity and power of any of the choices. Being a psyker is also just better than not being one seeing as after sanctioning, the worst downsides are removed.

>Plus I figured it felt natural that some people would want to be in a non-dramatic house for worldbuilding purposes.
Oh they all do. They all want to erase conflict and fear.

>TFW Zodiac Brides finished never

My ships and loyal crew have managed to solve all of the major problems in the immediate vicinity. I even re-united the legendary Four Horsemen and joined their ranks.

Sure, there are amenities I'd like to have added to my ship, and my escort destroyer is particularly bare-bones, but that's fine for now. There will always be more paydays in the future.

The math may look a little weird in places, but that happens when I go back and trade things around when I realize I didn't leave myself enough money for the next step of the plan.

>Curaga
Objectively the best choice. This is enough to deify anyone, and the amount of power and influence you can gather with the smart use of it is bananas.

When it comes to spell-systems, do you prefer the Battlemage-style of picking particular spells from different schools (very rigid), or the more fluid and openminded system of schools of magic and you can buy to be a Beginner, Intermediate or Expert in each school? I'm stuck with handling magic.

In a CYOA with a wide scope, definitely more fluid, since it allows for a wider range of character builds with less words.

If the CYOA is very limited in scope, maybe just a character builder, particular spells work nicely.

...

I like the Battlemage system, since it more explicitly defines your abilities and those of your enemies. This has value because we all know a million different magic systems and having rules help differentiate

I see the appeal of more open ended styles, though. It lends more to the imagination

>Ocean's Herald 12
>Marlin's Quickness 7
>Grace of the Deer 0

I'd do all the quests, not all at once of course, and improve my abilities and learn new spells along the way.

24pts for all 12 quests.
>Serpent's Reflexes (already had Grace of the Deer) 21
>Medicus 15
>Lord of the Inferno 6
>Stormcaller (already had Lightning Seer) 0

I happen to be a winged naga. A very unusual creature born from an ill-fated love between the Goddess Ariella and a great serpent. I fly through the clouds searching for my place in the world and trying to do good things for people. I'm usually very peaceful, but can fight if I have too. Even though I seem immortal, I actually have a weak spot my belly-button.

>Incredible Vegetable
I travel to the plant and drive away the bugs with rain and lightning. Then I study it to try and unlock it's secrets. I use my knowledge of potions and what I learn from the plant to make a potion from one of the leaves that gives me Healer magic. I take the seeds to some monks who I think will bring the plants back and not abuse them.
>Whales in the Sky
I spend time with the whales to find out and fight out what's happening. Hopefully I can use what they tell me to make a potion to cure their sickness.
>The Kyphian Mines
To cure the whales, I need a artifact from the Kyphians. When I arrive at the old Kyphian mines, I here about the missing pioneers. I search for them as I look for the artifact to cure the whales.
>A Divine Affair
The Goddess Lenya notices my beauty and sees me trying to use my gifts for good. She tries very hard to convince me to live with her in her realm of flowers and cloud castles. But because of my wandering ways, I can't settle down for good. Not even with a Goddess. We part ways amicably and she teaches me more about healing magic before I go. This is where I get the Medicus ability.
>The Fire Witch
I follow the Witch from high above in the clouds. I discover her coven having a meeting that seems pretty sketchy. The next time she's alone I ambush her and wrap her up in my coils so I can question her about what's going on. I report the questionable coven to local paladin order, but conveniently forget to mention the Fire Witch and help get her back to her old job with Prince Kasper. She teaches me fire magic as thanks, since she didn't get along with the dark witches anyway. That's how I learn Fire Mage magic.

>Devil Without a Cause
I fly up to the Elemental and explain to him that he's causing problems for other people by staying here, and that there's other Elementals for him to talk to in other parts of the universe. I help get him to trust me by doing some tricks with the fire magic I already know. After convincing him to move on, he teaches me more fire magic to thank me for telling him where the other elementals are. That's how I advance to Lord of the Inferno.
>Always Read the Manual
To convince the Fire Elemental to move on, I have to learn about the plane where the great elementals live. Turns out there's a King who's looking for a book about ruling. It's lost a great ancient library. I figure I can find something about elementals while searching for his book. This helps with the other quest.
>Boss Monster
I use my powers to fight the beastman horde and their evil leader. People who I've helped join in the fight against evil. Ariella and Lenya give me a boon to help survive the fight. This is where I get Serpent's Reflexes. My storm powers increase to Stormcaller from me using them so much for this.
>A Peaceful Village
>Chesswolf
>Solve My Riddle
These 3 are a bit trickier. I do my best to solve each one as best I can, but as I'm not a great solver, I also seek the help of other heroes to help with these.
>Door to Door
Being a great heroine, I'm chosen as a ambassador to the new world. I travel through the door and have new adventure and meet new people. I return now and then to report what I find to the old world.

Could the door to another world be to another cyoa world?

If I went to other cyoa world as Palcadia, it'd be the Alt History one where I made Sitmut-Nefert and we had that rp. I'd fit in perfect there.

I give you a hundred guesses.

Sunset Hearth Guild

Fluid for myself also.

why do people keep picking The Harbinger title in star dust cyoa? its description is vague but in my understanding picking it means starting the alien invasion and the only way surviving the first encounter is having a really fast ship.

Because we aren't /d/egenerative.

its totally sfw though, its just text. It's an updated version of the grey (you) maker

So why haven't you?

this

It says that we'd better impress them. Meaning, you could make allies of the hyper-advanced, awe-inspiring alien race and get on their side when they take over the galaxy.

Please post it. I don't go to /d/.

Why was Pokemon Personified more successful than Italic's Order cyoa?
