What the fuck were humans problem against exodites? I mean, sure "fokken xenos are inferior and must die" "we wuz manifest destiny n sheit", etc. But why exodites? there were larger danger in galaxy and better priorities. Exodites stayed on their planets peacefully, living agrarian autist lives, without bothering anyone. In fact, imho, they and harlequins are then only nonhuman factions at large, that have potential to be long lasting allies with Imperium. Why invading them?

Sometimes humans want the exodite planets, since those were terraformed eons ago to be paradise lands. Other times humans occupated paradise worlds when the eldar almost got extinct, and the exodites want them back.

Well, I mean exterminating them on already inhabited lands. I could see them as allies, that are more trustworthy than their CW siblings, that inquisition has relationships with. +there were worlds, IIRC, where Humans and Eldars were living peacefully together and their relationships were friendly even.

That's just regular human xenophobia. The moment the Imperium saw what was happening, they threw a war against the exodites and executed all who had pointy-eared friends.

Literally one of the most major aspects of Exodite "culture" is dragon knights going around murdering each other among other things to prove how big their dicks are.
