You gotta admit, the Excuse Me threads wouldn't go anywhere if people didn't give the OPs such delicious replies.

The opposite, really. The guy who posts them only does so when he thinks it's been long enough for people to not complain about them, and it usually requires a mod to start deleting his threads or enough people to complain for him to crawl back into hibernation.

The old "the more you complain, the more I'll post" sort of threat is one of the quickest and surest ways to turn public opinion against you, and ironically, the more that trolls complain about people complaining about them, the more people will complain about them.
