Where do you buy rulebooks and stuff when you're from Latin America...

Where do you buy rulebooks and stuff when you're from Latin America? Is there any alternative to buying and shipping from overseas/america ?

digital copies

>Latin America
>Buy

I dont wanna continue relying on pdfs, having the real deal in your hands feels too good

Invest in a good laser printer my friend.

but muh hardcover

Rampant piracy

I don't know about where you live, but here, a print shop can make you a hardcover copy of a PDF for about $40, which is about the cover price of a new rulebook.

In the general's Trove.

If I had money to spare I wouldn't waste it on fucking traditional game books either.

I will get anything for free as long as I can.

Jamaica and the Bahamas are Latin American, but Puerto Rico and The Dominican Republic aren't? Bitch please

I don't. Just pirate it man. Be thankful that ISP tend not to give a shit.

you could buy them and get them deliver to your doorstep you know

>buy

You go your FLGS, and ask Juan to bring them, and as a grognard supreme he'll just ask you which ones and show you the catalog.
Because he only has TCG and wargame boxes, paints and minis on normal stock.

if you are in a city, from the LGS
if you are not, amazon delivers in mexico
where are you?

I just drive north across the border to the US and buy them there.

Or order them online to a PO Box and drive to get them.

The FLGS is almost entirely Yu-gi-oh and maybe one or two D&D books.

>I just drive north across the border to the US and buy them there.
not all latin america is tijuana bro

Good thing I'm not fron Tijuana, bro.

We have a few "nerdy stuff" stores in Brazil that sell rulebooks in portuguese, but you will find only really popular stuff in those and they're expensive as fuck.
I strongly recommend buying your books ( and everything else you need, too ) online or just pirating.
TTRPGs are an expensive hobby over here.

where, specifically, in LatAm?

SA has two options piracy or online.

Then it depends on the country. Chile is surprisingly easy. Advantages of not having rampant socialism (we just have regular socialism with a healthy dose of capitalism)

Como consigues libritos en Chile?

True.
here.
Go to Devir when it gets back up and see it's stores map.

>try to get my nerdy friends to play games
>nah thats too nerd, lets play videogames instead
fucking rat kids reeee

In Santiago in Providencia there is a small store that sells Veeky Forums stuff. There are also multiple ones nearby that one but with a much smaller catalog.

Fuck 3DPD books anyway.

Devir, Guild Dreams, Warpig, Portal Magic, Entre Juegos. Those alone are in santiago.

Busca "compra y venta de miniaturas" o "roleros.cl" en Facebook.

Aprende a buscar en Chile hay caleta y mucha gente.

>providencia
aajkjkaskjasjkajkajks

Okay, okay, thanks friends.

>Advantages of not having rampant socialism
kek that's changing fast. The media is attacking Piñera like if he was Trump. Our commie president keeps talking about "muh benefits" for all people and women instead of actually helping the country. In 10 years we will be Sweden or Brazil with all these fucking Colombians and Haitians.

In Providencia alone we have Guild Dreams that is in the middle of sex shops. Entre Juegos near portal Lyon literally in front of Guild Dreams

Between walking distance we have War Pig and Devir near subway Manuel Montt. War Pig is near a nice bar and a strip club.

There is also the 2d6 Cafe, look them in Facebook pretty cool place just to play board games and have coffee.

We might get a GW like franchise store at the on the month

As long we keep socialitist tarda at check we can have the best of both worlds

>el chileANO
absolutamente asqueroso

Yeah Providencia is the home of nerdy stuff. I wish shit was cheaper but who doesn't?

It is a shame we as Chilean have no idea how fucking good our country is by comparison.

Our politicians still bitching about the dictatorship and praising Cuba and Venezual is fucking cancer. We can have socialism but please keep the commie retardation out of it

It is cheap all things consider. All imports have basically a 30% tax on top of IVA keep that in mind when buying here.

Hue hue hue

buen post, sabio y correcto

El mestisaje maligno

How big is the Veeky Forums community in your country? Any Veeky Forums related places in monterrey mexico?

Why is the dove eating a meme?
Does is have any base in reality or is just bad meme?

>tfw all games stores in La Plata closed so you had to import dice

>It is a shame we as Chilean have no idea how fucking good our country is by comparison.
Indeed. We are actually pretty good.

It's not terribly expensive but I still suffer when I see those prices, knowing full well how cheap they would be in America.

>not going to /a/ when there is good anime
This season is trash

God fucking damn it! Is Chile the only place that still have a healthy Veeky Forums?

Brazil still have a very healthy Veeky Forums community, but I also suggest downloading .pdf and importing books. Most translated material is kind of bad, or is in translation hell with Devir.

Now, cardgames and boardgames are very common and accessible, at least in São Paulo.

>Most translated material is kind of bad,
This, as a south American. I don't even trust the bible's translation anymore.

Everytime I have compared works, there is always at least one instance of mistranslation.

I had the privilege to be born with 2 tongues. I will stick with the better one.

Yeah OP's image has a very interesting definition of

>I had the privilege to be born with 2 tongues
You must rock at blowjobs.
