Grew up in a liberal country that never had slavery or any history of racial hatred, and grew up around only whites without any racial prejudices whatsoever, and I haven't really picked up any since then either, and I'm sure black and asian people are just humans like everyone else, etc.
I feel genuinely zero physical attraction toward black or asian women. They can be adorable, they can seem friendly, and so on, but there's no attraction.

I don't know if it's just me, but I've always wondered if it was something that got wired up before adulthood, because I was seventeen or eighteen before I even saw a black or asian person in real life.

I can see how someone might not be attracted to black girls, since they so aesthetically dissimilar from whites, but how do you avoid being attracted to Asians?

I've always assumed that the "half" races (half-elf, half-orc) are human-centric because elf+human and orc+human are the only interracial couples capable of producing. Everything else just doesn't result in a baby because the details in the DNA don't line up.

In a setting where literal divine creation of races is a thing, is DNA and real world genetics a logical basis for such things?

I'm currently working on a setting with a basic idea that all races are sexually compatible (within reason), but all offspring are purebloods, mostly random but some races take precedence, and context and circumstances of conception and birth can influence it. Embracing a magically created world and rejecting real world things like genetics in favour of species being more mystically and conceptually defined.

Asians are no less dissimilar than blacks, really. The similarities are just distributed differently.

There're some pretty insane fetishes in our world, and I like to think there've always been.

It's probably safe to assume that the further away from your race something is, the less attractive it becomes for the average person, but you never need a justification for someone wanting to fuck a dragon except that they want to fuck dragons.

In my games there was once a kobold that, against all odds, fell in love with a human. Stranger still, the human ultimately thought he was okay and they got married.

They essentially bent reality in order to be able to have children... something that, in hindsight, may have been a terrible mistake, for half-kobolds turned out to combine the kobold propensity of fucking a lot with the human habit of fucking everything.

For reasons specified in your post, kobolds in particular see them as race-traitors. Few others like them much either, although they make for good prostitutes (both genders) because they're pretty good at what they do.

I always figured that because they are basically tiny dragon then they can make halfbreeds with only minor difficulty. It just happens so rarely that no one thinks its possible....

By the way, this point is entirely race-neutral. He could be a gnoll, a dwarf, or a human, and it'd matter in equal amounts.

Not very common and people would give a couple stange looks but whatever.

These relationships can lead to the born of children and even pure race children of the mother or father side if the gods whi the couple worship are pals with each other.

Not really big variety of species that can actually have offspring. Your usual elves, orcs + some other minor races.
But it also actually depend of what kind of god you decid to worship. If you will worship ssome god that can be related to that of some other races then eventually gods can allow you to have offspring with someone from that race.
Religion based interspecies compatibility in other words.
The same alligment = you can have kids together.

In my setting, it's possible, but heavily looked down upon, as half-breeds are infertile. Half elves and half dwarves and all that are pretty rare because they just can't reproduce.

I like the idea that for most interspecies couplings there is (usually) an equal chance of the offspring being the species of either parent but with features of the other. An Elf Woman with a Human Man might have a human Daughter who is lithe, light on her feet, and longer lived compared to regular humans, and an Elf son who is much more rugged than other elves, able to grow a full beard, stronger, etc, but they are both distinctively Human and Elf respectively. But they don't breed true, so two humans with elf heritage will pass down some of their Elvish features, but they will be more diluted than the offspring of a human and an elf.

If tits are all one needed then men could be happy with water balloons and stress balls.

It would probably be even easier because unless you'd grow up surrounded by the "exotic race" every day you probably wouldn't have the same level of scrutiny for what the race would consider "ideal features". As humans many of us have those superficial preferences for a potential mate's features (size of earlobes, shape of nose, eye spacing, etc.), but that's because we seen enough humans day-to-day that we can point out these differences easier; even then many people find it difficult to tell others of a certain race/ethnicity apart if they're not used to seeing them.

Meanwhile, the human guy who wants to bone a gnoll (no pun intended) is probably going to be ecstatic nonetheless if he finds one who reciprocates his cross-species interests. He probably won't care about what the other gnolls would gossip about her behind her back, because he probably doesn't have that level of familiarity with them.
