HAHAHAHAAH

MAGEFAGS ON SUICIDE WATCH!

>Fairest

Baba Yaga

I dare you to tell her she isn't.

>We're doing the splat war thing again

>Mages

What would you rather talk about?

I just realized this is Dhaunae De Vir as well.

>Who is the fairest of them all

>I dare you to tell her she isn't.

She's dead, Jim.

...

Literallly anything. Why the jews are the real bad guys in WoD I don't care.
Talk about lewd stuff

She could impersonate me any day

Absimiliard, before his embrace.

...

We know that the Underworld has ghostly orgies going on, but does the Shadow have places where you can fuck a spirit? Presumably while giving them your 'essence'?

...

>Talk about lewd stuff

Let's talk about shitty vampiric puns and/or pick-up lines that we'd say to Damsel, and see how long it'd take for her to blow a fuse.

I'll start:

"You sound English. How 'bout I show you a BLOODY good time?"

...

I would assume so. I mean, it'd be easy enough to say the bacchus from that one greek/roman play was a real thing and those spirits live on to the modern day. Lust is a pretty easy emotion to rouse up, I imagine some spirit would get an orgy cult going.

Not even relevant. The Archspheres are too broad for that to even matter. Why didn't you post the other parts of the page explaining this?

What was bad about 1st ed Changeling the Lost that you would like to see fixed in 2nd ed?

Was she ever a real person in the books or was she original for the game? Also you might want to be careful about posting stuff like that.

Most of it was pretty okay all things considered. I just wanted to see redone contracts, those things were all fucking over the place. Some were totally useless some were pretty broken. I like the idea of the new contracts, still on one to five dot scale you buy any you want to, but can't remember off the top of my head if they were any good.

Everyone in the game except for Beckett and Jack were game exclusive.
I hope they somehow get them in V5

Original. I think all NPCs except Jack and Beckett were made up solely for Bloodlines.

Redemption had Ecaterina, Rudolf and a few others from the Dark Ages: Vampire books.

>Jack and Beckett
Oooohh what were they're roles int he books?

I get you. Personally I thought the Pledge crafting system could have been formatted better and maybe streamlined a bit. Also, the penalties for high Wyrd seemed to mostly just be inconveniences that would bog the game down.

Beckett's kind of their signature character, he's a vampire archaeologist constantly on the look out for Book of Nod apocrypha, also the Gehenna novel has him as the main character.

Jack's a Brujah who dates back to the 1st edition clanbook and makes his living in the Anarch Free States- somewhat of a mentor to them.

Jack likes to stir up shit, because reasons.

And Beckett's a skeptical scholar investigating the origins of Kindred and all the myths surrounding them.

I just went to the wikia for WW stuff and got this list of where Smiling Jack is from:

VTM: Clanbook: Brujah, p. 66
VTM: Clanbook: Brujah Revised, p. 95
VTM: Encyclopaedia Vampirica, p. 152-153
VTM: Guide to the Anarchs, p. 161-162
VTM: Gehenna: The Final Night
VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
VTM: Clanbook: Brujah, p. 69

And this here is for Beckett:

VTM: The Book of Nod Bullet-pdf Bullet-nip (Commentary)
VTM: Lay Down With Lions Bullet-pdf (Second book of the Year of the Scarab Trilogy)
VTM: Land of the Dead Bullet-pdf (Third book of the Year of the Scarab Trilogy)
VTM: Vampire the Masquerade: Beckett Bullet-pdf (Comic Book)
VAV: Victorian Age Vampire Book III of III: The Wounded King Bullet-pdf (Contains probably the only canon sex scene he's ever been involved in on pg. 201-205)
VTM: Transylvania Chronicles IV: The Dragon Ascendant
VTM: Nights of Prophecy, p. 127 (House of Lies)
VTM: Time Of Thin Blood, p. 50-54 (Commentary)
VTM: Gehenna: The Final Night
VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Bloodlines
VTM: Vampire: The Masquerade - Redemption (Online promotional material)

>that arm

>Also you might want to be careful about posting stuff like that.

Why? It's not like it's showing nipples or private parts, so it's SFW.

I really don't like the new pledge system. I get that it could get a little crazy in 1e and also they wanted to tone things down from demon contracts but I really liked them. Things like swearing to watch out for each other and the one that let mortals see you're true form were always really cool to me and I really liked that one marriage pledge.

I know, but mods are kind of inconsistent with this stuff. Sometimes even just a risque pic is enough for a warning or short ban for some random reason.

>VTM: Gehenna: The Final Night
Wh-what chapter? What's he doing in there?

Oh have they revealed the new pledge system? I haven't really been in the loop. I think 1e's pledge system was mostly just fucked up because poor book formatting.

Yup. Easy to miss, it was in that giant everything in one update

Basically nothing, just impose random penalties on someone if they promise to do something and don't. Oaths and bargains are what pledges used to be but a lot more limited.

He travels around the world trying to stop Gehenna.

He fails

What makes mages ideal husbandos?

>Anything supernatural
>Relationship material
Have fun living in a nightmare world.

>Who is the fairest of them all in the World of Darknes?
Lucifer, of course.

Ah, I see. Thank you.

wtf is this pic?

I assume because they're the most human.

I love these, who is the artist?

>Not dating a 9 feet tall bara wolfman
Shit taste desu

Christopher Shy

Do you have cute apprentices?

You can say that.

Any art/pictures of feminine female werewolves? Tired seeing the rebel gang look.

Are the Kuei Jin usually just bad guys or are there ever Kuei Jin PCs?

...

Well there's a whole bunch of KOTE sourcebooks so I assume so.

Don't forget Hill posted about how OPP won't be paying him either.

... how did you NOT realize that was Dhaunae?

Beckett? He's traveling around the world investigating Gehenna and getting involved in all kinds of shenanigans like the Camarilla's fall, and Caine coming back into the world as a chill dude posing as a Malkavian.

Jack has fucked off to join the Thin Bloods as a hippe Gehenna prophet and gets murdered for his trouble.

Forgot my pic

Couldn't he honestly just have sucked it up and stuck with it until the shit was out and he got paid?

I mean goddamn, some people are fucking shitheads, especially Zak.
But enough to throw away your payment over?

Who knows. I don't know what goes through his head, personally. I've looked in and out of his twitter. At one point after he quit he was going to make a vampire game 'about monsters, but not written BY monsters' and he stopped doing that, then he's made a 'Southern California Vampire' novel. He talks incessantly about politics and shit which makes no sense unless you're hyper-left.

This is your brain on Communism

The heart wants what the heart wants user

You know, changelings got their kiths loosened or supposedly erased entirely, but Dave couldn't even make Warlocks of Arcadia canon.

How are the different werewolf tribes likely to react to a group of humans killing one of the host.

Mostly, good job human, I guess? I don't see why they would prticularly care beyond it being mildly impressive.

Other than the whole "the prey must not know", or them getting pissy that they'd done it on their home turf, I can't see any reason they'd care other than perhaps being moderately impressed.

Also from a meta perspective, are Hosts just weird spirits, or creatures from the Lower Depths?

Bane: Young boys in tights.

Think about how long it takes for an OPP book to come out even without delays. Then remember that you only get paid when the book gets published if you're a dev, and half on final and half on publishing if you're just a writer.

Might as well ditch the pay if you're not enjoying the work anymore, since the rate of pay pretty much means that things don't change very much.

I'd guess they're just their own thing.

How about Jack Skellington from a Nightmare Before Christmas as a Namtaru Predator who has Kinship with Changelings, Sin-Eaters and likely more? He is probably the Apex of whatever game he is in. Halloween Town is his Lair, with Chambers being shared with other Beasts of his Brood. He would impose the Wondrous (Halloween Decorations And Monsters) Lair Trait on the Hive. His plan to kidnap Santa Claus was due to his identity crisis over being a monster that has to spread fear over and over, but he eventually embraced who he was and defeated a much worse Beast (Oogie Boogie), possibly earning his Incarnate Inheritance in the process. Santa might have been a high level Changeling who was kidnapped through the use of cold iron and his Frailties. Jack's mortal identity might be a party organizer and wise aristocrat, as a reference to how much he loves holidays and books, as well as that classy look he has.

It could be interesting to make Jack a regular but powerful Beast, and he asks the PCs to help him kidnap Santa. He could use his high social standing to do all kinds of favors for them in return, and the PCs could take the plot of the movie in alternate directions if they wanted. They might end up with an Incarnate Jack as a friend, or an enemy. You could even set up Oogie Boogie as a rival Beast who tries to bribe the PCs to mess up Jack's plan. Oogie Boogie could be a Namtaru Ravager. He poses as an owner of respectable casinos and such, but he's actually a crook who loves to make people think they can win easy money and then ruins their lives by crushing them with debt, sometimes even secretly hiring his victims as "assistants" (read: criminals). And he has a grudge against Jack because Jack built his reputation on shutting down some of Oogie's operations.

But isn't that what YOU'RE doing, user?

:^)

If a spirit has claws that deal lethal damage does a vampire take lethal damage or bashing?

Stuff like that is ultimately up to ST fiat. But if the claws or whatever are represented by an actual Numen, I'd say there is room for aguing that it deals lethal to vampires.

The Hunter wouldn't be too bad. I'd get to comfort and treat my wife after she's had a long day kicking supernatural ass. Also Buffy jokes, so many Buffy jokes.

Didn't DaveB say that Buffy is closer to a Deviant?

If you used any of the CoD fansplats in your games, which would they be and why?

I heard those Gehenna novels were shit.

Would it be wrong to say they are going by your summary?

>Who is the fairest of them all in the World of Darkness?

Whoever this is.

I really enjoyed the Gehenna novel, but it's mostly Beckett bouncing around like a pinball and things getting crazy. I wouldn't call it shit. It's not the best of them, but it's servicable and entertaining.

Vampires "transform" lethal damage to bashing damage only in the case of bullets (oWoD). Usually claws from supernatural beings deal aggravated damage.

He's talking NWoD, that doesn't apply.

This is one of the dumbest looking images of the entire white wolf books. Jesus fucking christ. I hate this fucking chick so much, it burns.

Can anyone please explain to me why the developers of Changeling The Lost 2ED were changed recently? I thought it was almost done. No rumors, please.

David HIll quit because NuWW hired a person to write their mobile game, and ostensibly work on V5, who Hill claims harassed him when he lived in the US (note that Hill lives in Tokyo).

They were apparently expecting this and having someone do rewrites on parts of the book near the end there and apparently there was some double work being done by Hill and someone else.

That's awful. Here's hoping that Hill is OK.

He's fine. He rants 24/7 on his twitter about politics, due to his self-affirmed Communist views. He chose to quit and not get paid, becuase it's work for hire what he was writing.

All I remember is that the guy hill says was stalking him is apparently some megacunt.

What books go into detail on 6+ powers?

I'm not a huge fan of his work but he deserves better than what Swedish Dracula is doing

Purified girl. They can see spirits in twilight, the one on her shoulder is her familiar and the hornets are some sort of pest spirit that eat people's thoughts

Six plus what? Gifts? Disciplines? Arcana? Do you mean WoD or CoD?

Anybody got V20 Dark Ages Companion yet?

Any and all please and thank you

>Who is the fairest of them all

The only one I know is the Imperial Mysteries supplement for Mage The Awakening 1ED, which gives instructions on how to play Archmages. It also has a sidebar with suggestions on how to roughly measure the stats of entities with Rank 6+.

What's this from? Also is this a jojo reference?

>What's this from?
Innocents. Can't have bad things happening to kids, even in WoD.

>Also is this a jojo reference?
I assume so

>OWoD
10 dot Disciplines were defined in the End Times books I believe.
6 dot Spheres were mentioned in Horizon: Stronghold of Hope
10 dot Spheres were exemplified in Masters of the Art.
6 dot abilities are also made explicit in both Werewolf & Mummy, but the supplements elude me.

The various high-level abilities were not made with balance in mind; Archspheres blow 6+ Disciplines out of the water by miles.
Use them at your own risk.

>NWoD
Only Mages have 6+ capabilities as described in Imperial Mysteries.
A much more coherent system.
