How do you go about portraying a character that's meant to be 'sexy', either a DM or a player...

There are VAST arrays of subjects that it is both wise and useful to ask Veeky Forums about.
These subjects include, but are not limited to, spider storage, celestial physics, alternative history geopolitics, cryptozoological taxidermy, and anything remotely or tangentially related to traditional games.
"How to Be Sexy" has NEVER been one such subject.

They're beautiful and confident, at the same time they're welcoming and unattainable. Find a way to convey this and you won't have to futilely describe a character as "sexy" ever more, they will just be.

Descriptive words;

>Bombshell
>Ripped
>Dashing
>Scatily clad

And describe their actions as forward

If they aren't physicially or traditionally sexy make them flirtatious, so the player knows.

If the "flirtee" doesn't express interest don't keep making the flirt wag their tiddies at them, at some point (sooner or later) the character would realize they aren't getting anywhere and likely move on to easier conquest.

I describe her/him in prose and focus on commonly accepted beauty details. Muscles, slim, immaculate skin, good smell, pearlwhite teeth with an indecent grin.

You don't have to show any pictues. And you don't have to describe the character/NPC as "sexy" at all. Just do the physical features and let the rest of the idea play in the head of the players.

To be honest?
Just know what your players are into. If they like shy girls, a girl being shy is going to be the sexiest thing ever, and you barely even have to try.

Sexiness is highly subjective. You can be better at roleplaying than an Oscar-winning actress is at acting, and do a flawless sultry succubus act, only to it be seen in the eyes of another person as "oh so this npc is a whore trying too hard to get clients? kek"

In almost all cases, I believe it is safe once her eyes have been removed.
(No small feat to do cleanly.)
However, the snake eyes should also be removed, not for safety concern, but aesthetic display purposes.

If you regard it a flaw, certainly.
Alternatively, consider permanent cybernetic eye-shielding.
The more truly lovely and life-like coverings, while more expensive, can also prevent harmful gazing and yet allow a aperture to utilize her natural defenses when appropriate, with only a 3% risk of accidental petrification.

Something they didn't elaborate on in the old stories is that the "turning to stone" thing is actually a defense mechanism. The body turns itself to stone because it's much preferable to contemplating gorgon-face.

It might take you a little longer to turn to stone from just looking at, say, a gorgon nose or ear. But it will still happen.
