Speaking as an asspie, I'm guilty of rambling on about stuff, but as soon as it's made clear that I'm being disruptive, it's on me to stop.
There have also been times where people have told me I'm being disruptive and when I ask what I'm doing wrong, flat out refuse to tell me. Fuck those people.
I know a lot of asspies that have the rambling problem. They generally want to improve and tend to be pretty receptive to being told "Shut the fuck up, you're being annoying." But of course, there are exceptions.

I don't think the person I mentioned from my game wants to improve. Once he starts talking about something, unless combat happens, he'll just want to talk about it unless someone interjects.
