Considering making a short 10-20 page comic where a guy speaks to a Great Old One-possessed body (in a dream).

I want to make the possessed guy look "off" somehow, but short of just making him have a bunch of wiggly tentacles and shit barely in view I don't know the best way to do it. Any suggestions?

Some ideas-
>Give him Chromatic Abberation (Like ) while the rest of it is normal
>Draw him in a completely different (maybe hyper-realistic) style than the rest of the comic
>Make the comic a bunch of very subtly animated .gifs, where he's the only thing animated with an odd pulsing effect
>Make the entire comic without ever actually showing the person he's talking to, which would be a challenge but not that hard as they'd only actually be in it for 3-5 of the 10-20 pages

draw him hyper realistically but also with proportions and stuff off to trigger the uncanny valley effect.
