Agreed border? The 1967 Green Line is an armistice line. Except for Egypt and Jordan, the prior owners of Gaza and the West Bank, respectively, the other Arab countries are still technically at war with Israel.

Jordan and Egypt essentially wiped their hands of the Palestinians (and Egypt got back the Sinai), just like most of the rest of the Arab world is doing now that Iran is a far bigger issue that a few Jews.
