Lich keeps writing mean things in the night sky by rearranging the stars

>king offers a reward to get the lich to stop

Is stopping the lich unfairly censoring him?

Unless he has a bunch of those documents that say he's bought those stars, he has no right to rearrange them.

The skies are the domain of Nut, we'll get him on vandalism charges.

What the fuck, Veeky Forums

I love you

>buying stars

Stop. You're gonna give capitalists an erection.

It's a matter of national and economic security given the universal use of celestial navigation among seaborne shipping companies as well as naval forces.

It depends on the method used- if you use coercion or force, definitely, but if you convince him or pay/trade with him to get him to stop, that's fair game.

Though it also depends whether he has the rights over the night sky needed. If he hasn't contacted the appropriate authorities and gotten the necessary permits/permissions to use the night sky as a canvas, he could simply be breaking the law, and thus force may be authorized to stop him without it being censorship.

It depends on whether anyone's claimed the stars at this point, really. Depending on the setting the only one he might have to contend with are a god or two

Look, you don't just have a guy go around and cut trees in the forest down without some kind of permit. Same goes for moving stars.

Not only that, it's that big a deal for EVERY nation. Even if this guy means well his actions are leading to hundreds of deaths at sea. Motherfucker has to be stopped.

King's word is law. What is this "censorship" you're speaking off, you filthy liberal scum?

He's a lich, he doesn't realise he's doing anything wrong. Despoiling the heavens and the earth because of their overweening hubris is just, like, what they do.

Practically speaking, all you can do is put him down as compassionately as possible.

Define "fair." Protip: you can't.

>lich internet defense force

Now I've seen everything.

>marked by impartiality and honesty : free from self-interest, prejudice, or favoritism
>"a very fair person to do business with"

>Lich casts Animate Dead on a Black hole
>Zombie Stars
>Entropy reversed
>Liches actually discovered to be beneficial, preventing heat death of universe entirely doing this
>Move to inhabit dead worlds opposed to living ones
>

You know how many hit dice a black hole has?

According to this guys - no less then 60d8. And I approve their choice of typing

Fun fact, some dude actually charged NASA a $20 parking ticket when it landed a satellite on an asteroid, Eros, because he registered ownership of the rock right before they landed.
That'll give a capitalist a boner

sounds like it's just a case of talk shit get hit.

well now you can't cast Animate Dead on it, it's an elemental on it's own instead of a corpse of a star.

>implying the dead have rights
>implying there's anything guaranteeing anyone freedom of expression

Bitch lich better be jacked the fuck if he don't want to get smacked the fuck up. Talk shit get hit.

soiled my armor on that one, too funny

I... Argh it hurts... Did.. Did they pay?

Of course not, no governmental body can support his claim of ownership so the guy can fuck right off, which he did.

Only one thing makes right in a fantasy setting, and thats might.

Do you want time wizards to unbirth you?

It is my fetish.

Someone post the Time Wizards Screencap

The stars are considered a public forum, and therefore asking somebody to stop shitposting in them is fair game

Not many, but they essentially have maximum density weigh,t and gravitational pull, so it's pretty much impossible to kill them. Unless you're an entropomancer, AKA "Holy fucking shit WoTC you made a prestige class that turns PC's into Vanilla Ice from Jojo."

When will you guys realize censorship means prior restraint? Punishing someone for what they said is not censorship. Punishing them or preventing them from saying it is.

Freedom from speech is not freedom from consequence so no.

>Freedom from speech

Nope. Liches have no rights due to being both dead and horrific necromagic monstrisities against all that is good and right. Seek your local Paladin order out for assistance

The charges will other be dropped, or he'll get community service at worst. With all those adventures he's slain through the centuries, he will just hire a bunch of high powered Lich Lawyers.

If the Lich don't fit, you must acquit!

Banning books is a classic example of censorship.
In fact, you could call it a textbook example.

The amount of success it requires to actually manage to become a lich makes them pretty respectable though.

Special snowflakes can't handle the lich's criticism as he tries to improve society. In a venue they can't ignore in their elf echo chambers.

I'm sorry people judge you based on your words and deeds, user.

In a perfect world everyone would cater to your wants and desires exclusively, and you would never have to be in a situation where you're near people that have different opinions than yours.

Maybe in the future there will be a place in the universe where you can go and be safe from people who make fun of you.

We can call it "safe space".

You do realize that they've been selling stars to dumb kids for decades, right?

I never said they weren't foes worthy of respect. They're powerful, cunning and smart. That alone makes them worthy of respect. But they still need to die

You don't need to be an sjw to recognize that freedom of speech is a worthless social construct. Whoever dictates consensus morality gets to decide what is allowed to be spoken of without ridicule. Many of the beliefs I hold go against consensus morality and so I am not public about it. But through voting and changing minds through one on one conversations with people receptive to my worldview, I and others like me could try to change consensus morality in order for the viewpoints I support to become acceptable. Free speech simply ensures I will not be arrested for doing so.

Back to tumblr.

>go away!

Why do you think the morality I support would have any place in Tumblr? My views are very right-wing, but I'm not stupid enough to think I can say them in public without negative social repercussions, for now. However, through wresting control of consensus morality from the left, this can be changed, in the same way Hitler's control of consensus morality allowed people to openly state beliefs that would not have been allowed in previous administrations.

Of course, you might be a troll, but I don't particularly care because this is the first time I've actually put my thoughts into order like this and its nice to see it all written up and tangible.

>Hitler
Daily reminder that he was a socialist and therefore wasn't human

Yes he did some things wrong. I was just using him as an example of a group gaining control of morality and radically altering it within their sphere of influence.

I know, I just like mentioning that Facism is Mussolini's ideal form of Socialism. I can't really help myself desu

Fair enough

But they are dead
