The big bad of the campaign is a witch who has sunk to such depravity of evil that the world itself begins to reject her. She's literally allergic to the ambient goodness in the world, and needs to wear a special all-over covering to keep it out.

Sounds kind of like Pale Night in DnD, an obyrinth (ancient super-demons that were around before modern demons became a thing) who appears in a woman covered head to toe in a veil. The veil isn't actually part of her costume, but literally the result of the universe itself rejecting her and censoring her appearance. If you're dumb enough to lift the veil, you have to pass a save to not die on the spot (and even if you pass it whatever you saw was blocked from your memory).
Surprisingly enough shes Asian underneath all the rubber. So im in to it...
Of course if you want to flirt with the player in question anyway it's win/win.

Eh. It's not BAD as such, but it relies a bit too much on the whole "throw a thousand gags at the reader and hope at least some of them stick"-method. And while it's certainly lewd as hell, I think it's a bit too slapstick to be titillating.
By comparison, Oglaf is a lot more restrained, which means both the gags and the lewds are more effective.
I've seen it mentioned before on Veeky Forums, but idk if anyone's gone all the way.

Unfortunately, my magical realm is women in business wear and since I mainly run fantasy stuff I never really get to indulge it despite being one of the more subtle magical realms.
You know, lewds aside, a CoC game would be interesting just because of all the transformation stuff. I'm already imagining a party getting completely bogged down in arguing over who gets to eat the spider silk they looted, because everyone wants to have poison fangs.
