So, seeking further input on the current iteration of the quest system.

* Currently have 13 locations; will have at least 14.
* Each location has associated with it two quests: standard & epic. No conflict with doing both.
* Quests occur, in order, with an average of one year in between them. user selects the order before hand, but "forgets" about what quests he/she selected once in the world.
* Must complete two standard quests before completing each epic quest. So, four standard quests in order to take a second epic quests. So, valid orders:

Input on this mechanic as a concept, or suggestions are welcome. This does *not* include "Personal" quests like training, or building relationships, which will be a separate mechanic.

Dream waifu makes you immune to domination, which I feel is probably imperative in that world.

Take her and Vampire Queen waifu, and you can tease a tsundere all day.

They're also paid for by Demon Lord and Paranormal Magnet, which to be honest is probably going to happen anyway.

Don't location 7 and 11 overlap a little? They're both mysterious large buildings overgrown with greenery.

Don't celebrate too early I got locked in tutorial level when game wouldn't provide a key I needed to progress, had to do some workaround.

Oh and cycle saves, don't use just one slot, it might fuck up at saving and corrupt your file into useless.

hmm... I see what you're saying. 7 is intended to be a full abandoned ancient temple, while 11 is partly in use, just fallen far from its original glory. I'll see if I can't make them look more distinct, though.

Cloudlands? Desert Lands? Savannah? Underground Dwarf Kingdom? Try to think of unpopular characters and give them a quest?

I don't need destruction spells. I have telekinesis, transformation, and meteor. That should be enough. If I find anything that doesn't work on I can just escape with contingency magic and teleport. Transformation is OP. I can summon an army of intelligent wolves, and with transformation magic I can transform them all into T-Rexes. I can also transform my enemies into extreme barophiles, which should make them pretty much explode immediately. Barophiles are technically living creatures. Shiro gives me awesome dreams and protects me from insanity inducing abilities. Conditional magic protects me from everything else.

Is that what they say before they kill you or turn? Because some quotes don't fit one and some the other.

I know the Gangrel quote fits in perfectly as to what Gangrel typically do before they turn someone.

I had fun with that one. I made a gorgon vaguely based on Big Boss, and had fun dealing with the sins of the father. Then I got home and dad ambushed me with a political marriage that resulted in being bro's with Beri, and a few extremely awkward attempts to produce an heir.

I was digging this CYOA until I got to the last two choices, then I died of PVP overdose. Beforehand, was gonna pick Gold Serpent.

I remember how the peaceful chilled option I picked was vastly more powerful than the edgelord option.

Not necessary character specific, but give them one based on their hometown. Like Mumbali, or the Gnome, or whoever come from a grassland or steampunk city.

First, turn myself into some small fluffy magical critter. Second, conceal myself to all hell. Third, start hanging around some sort of magical hotspot. Eventually I'll make pacts and awakenings with various youths, turning their lives into power rangers episodes or magic girl shows depending on how I'm feeling. Of course if they get in over their head, the fluffy companion animal can swoop in to save them.

There was a cyoa that i saw only once when i was drunk (i guess). It had a red background and i believe it was a wip. I remember seeing only some companions (1st one was a witch, last one was werewolf triplets w/ a bar or something). Sorry for asking this but does anyone have this?

Alright so i have a Death ray, Bullet hell dispensers, and i am the fucking strong. This pretty much fucks up anything that tries to kill me. And even if they try to kill me it will prove difficult because i am protected by a antimagic field that can be recasted quickly thanks to quick magic, and with the access to mirror image and warp perception it makes it even more hard to kill me and even if they did i would just respawn on my pocket plane. I also picked up some neat stuff like the dimensional traveler, ascension rite, and transformation allowing me to travel to other worlds and filling them with mages to see what happens. The transformation is there for the Be The Little Girl clause

Well the first thing in my list to do is to kill the demon lord. Then i will unfuck the magician society via extreme violence because their corruption has gone too long without check. When that is dealt with i will use the society resources to purge the immortal hunters. When that is done i will open a dimensional portal and fuck off to somewhere more interesting.

You might want to install one of the unofficial patches which fix some of the major bugs that never got a proper fix.

The meteor ability is pretty damn powerful. Even assuming it's truck-massed rather than sized (let's call it a ton) moving at 11km/s (escape velocity, so the minimum for it to be a meteor) that works out to the equivalent of over 14 tons of tnt. That's enough to demolish buildings over 100 metres away.
