I recently re-read a Thousand Sons after getting back in to BL after Dark Imperium cause I remembered it being a good book and oh boy is Russ a fgt.
What a completely terrible and useless Primarch. Russ's interactions with the TSons should have gotten him killed by the Emperor for being such a shit bloke. His behaviour on Shrike and his subsequent threat to kill Magnus means that he should have been put down. Seriously Russ kills several TSons marines and gets away with it for what reason?
