Wow you were waiting for this weren't you?

That half is a fixable problem.

Speedy thread, jesus.

It's weird, because I remember it being completely fine when I played it as a kid, but when I fired up the ol' Wii the murkiness and the fuzziness started to really get to me and I got dizzy. I'm gonna take a guess that I'm either sleep deprived or my tv is just shit, since firing up Majora's Mask on a friend's N64 was fine.

>Cat like girl maybe, not a regular cat.

Wander Over Yonder Jump when ?

Yes, and now my evil scheme to make a Two and a Half Men joke has finally come to fruition.

...

JoJo Thot Drawback when ?

The fuck is a thot?

What guys call girls in schools that send out nudes and porn of themselves. An acronym for That Ho Over There.
Man, if you bang her you better wrap it good, that thot has given herpes to half the school.

Hello Urban Dictionary

Indeed

>when it'd be easier to just leave everything together
That is the definition of being lazy, not doing something because it's easier to do nothing.
It'd the work of 30 seconds to 2 minutes to consolidate some stuff into one page. But saying "Don't do it Val!" You are actually, literally, defending laziness.

>barely-related shit together that shares no continuity.
Riiiiight. The starting location origin and location for the same jump share no continuity. Every jump that has them together on the same page is doing it wrong. This isn't you grasping at straws to won some internet argument at all. No sirree!

Kronk Jump when ?

How did your Pokemon Companions first react once they first gained a human alt-form? What did they do during that Jump to investigate that new identity?

Thank you Urbanon.

When you make it.

Oh, right, the jump. The jump for Kronk. The jump made specifically for Kronk. Kronk's jump.

...that jump?

>What did they do during that Jump to investigate that new identity?

Yes.

You're being pedantic over something insignificant and just trying to point out fake flaws with a jump that's perfect.

I don't know yet, only my Blaziken's got one so far. Not sure where to import the others for it yet and wanna go through all the remaining Pokemon stuff before then.

Do the young people really use this slang? Oh god, if that's true I'm going to feel so old.

Far as I can tell, thot is niche slang mostly used in memes and those trying to sound cool.

Yes they do. They even have a Thotslayer Dio and a Thotpatrol

Define "young people". I don't think I've seen it outside of memery.

Hmm I wonder how well count dooku would do in he man and masters of the universe.

Count Dooku is not nearly hammy or fabulous enough for He-Man and the Masters of the Universe.

>pic
>still not sure whether my starter should be a boy (more likely) or a girl (has more available pictures)

Japan thinks animal buttholes are funny.

True, but watching his indignation as everyone walks around in garishly colored fetish gear would be worth the price of admission. Also, we have a He-Man jump?

I just select a girl pic with relatively conservative clothing and mentally remove the boobs.

I never gave my pokemon human forms. I find the idea a little disturbing.

They kind of are. Animals walking around looking so stupid, and not even realizing it.

So what, you just don't let them interact with any civilization that doesn't already have Pokemon? You might as well leave them behind altogether.

>and not even realizing it
That's what they get for not eating from the Tree of the Knowledge of Good and Evil. Aha, these suckers.

aha

I'm thankful for how the Naruto jump has made me reread a bunch of great fanfiction in search of the perfect one to jump. And I have to say even though I'm probably going to jump an AU fanfic that has some interesting worldbuilding I'm really tempted to jump this hilarious oneshot: fanfiction.net/s/5827218/26/another-fistful-of-omake

Same, if I'm gonna fuck a furry I'll just rail out a panderan or worgen

True, that would be amazing. And no, unfortunately we do not. It would be a ton of fun to jump He-Man, though, especially if one jumped JoJo before and brought that brand of style to add to the madness.

Yes, all of Vals jumps are perfect with no room for any improvements at all! Anyone who says differently deserves should be lined up against a wall and shot.

Oh right, I did say I'd try to a drop a WIP once I got done writing up perks. Technically I got done earlier but DBZ/Extended Properties were getting discussed, then I read a bunch of Grappler Baki and forgot, so here it is now.

Again, WIP, nowhere close to Jumpable, but it's basically a status update while I'm busy with other things so people are aware of the how things are progressing.

Um, I thought Demon Souls and Dark souls were both already on the Drive. What gives?

Meh.

Update.

Depends on the pokemon.
Most psychic types are human level intelligent or smarter, for example, so i don't think it's any more disturbing for them than a jumper using an altform.

Note that this is about pokemon companions taking a human (or humanoid) form to blend in, not for you to fuck them.

...

...

People requested the Dark Souls Jump to be split into Dark Souls 1 and 2 Jumps. It was unanimous in the literal sense (I counted yes and no posts). Extended questioning across a couple threads and days, asked thread and IRC, etc.

...

Well seeing as OAA's caved in to shitposters and is making worgen a modifier instead of a race (further removing the pile from canon in every respect), you can do both in one.

With Invasion, do you have any degree of control over which world you visit? Also, what's with the "mirroring" aspect? I don't remember that being a thing in the Souls games, where you can kill people in your world as a phantom.

Ah, ok.
I'm always in favor of more content. and there is definitely more than 10 years between 1 & 2 I think?

Just don't break any builds please. All the stuff offered in the old jump will still exist in one of the 2 new jumps, right?

>want to be a God
>also want to eat the Dark Soul and lead humanity into glory
What do?

...

>Implying Blizzard remembers any of their canon anyways

That formatting is fucking spicy. I like it.

>Invasion
Hahahahahahahahahaha.

>Egg Head+Abominable Mutation
That is gross mang. But thank you for making it a thing. I love symbiotes.

>Dragon Eyes+Gut Instinct+Draconic Transformation
This is hilarious.

Are you pretending to be retarded? Why?

>Lord Splinter
Isn't Gwynn's soul related to light and energy, which produces lightning? Or something like that. That's how it was explained in the wiki at least. But light is definitely a part of it.

>Strength, dexterity, stamina, even intelligence or luck can be enhanced in this manner.
Can this improve the other stats which aren't listed (vitality, endurance, resistance, faith)?

>Implying that you actually care even a little about the setting
Cake

Your tormenting me I can tell. Why else would you have so many nice things but not enough cp to spend.

Jesus, user! Stahp, you'll make me hungry. I really could go for carrot cake about now.

Hmm, nice. Reading now. Thanks NuBee.

Universal Drawback Supplement
Dark Souls wasn't painful enough!

This.

Fucking this.

I've had to make a frickin' +0 drawback from the amount of retcons I've had to try and reconcile.

While we're on the subject, I'm putting together a to-do list for my time there and in WCIII. Anything I should add?

>Save Arthas/Terenas/Uther/Lordaeron
>Destroy the Frozen Throne, permakill Ner'zhul
>Save Anasterian/Silvermoon/the Sunwell
>Save Nordrassil
>Permakill Archimonde, Mannoroth, and any big-time demons who show up somehow
>Cure the Plague if it continues to spread somehow
>Integrate any Orcs willing to control themselves into Night Elf society
>Boot any Orcs unwilling to control themselves into Silithus, direct them at any and all bugs
>Teleport to wherever Deathwing is, boop him on the snoot, and cure his crazy, which should fix the rest of his Flight
>If not, boop Onyxia on the snoot and make sure VanCleef gets paid
>Go to Nagrand and go full Disney movie on Garrosh so he never goes coocoo
>Boop Malygos, fix his crazy, make him calm down about mages
>Poke all Old Gods to death
>Figure out why Gnomes can't be druids
>Something about Vereesa I think
>Tell Turalyon he's a lucky man
>Decorrupt Loken and all Keepers
>boop Helya and force her and Odyn to actually talk about their issues
>throw any remaining Old God organs in the Warehouse, to be disposed of efficiently later
>talk sense into Sargeras if possible, if not make sure he never reaches planet

>though without a strong soul and great faith in Lord Gwyn it fizzles short of expectations
Is that part really necessary? I wanna cast lightning spears without believing in the glory of Gwyn.

Invasion has some general control but nothing finite. The mirroring part is based on something I observed after rewatching some LPs, mostly when you kill Lautrec in another world as an invading phantom, but his corpse and equipment show up in your world, or how beating Kirk's phantom enough causes his corpse to appear near the Fair Lady despite you only ever battling a phantom.

Oh there's absolutely more than ten years between games, kingdoms rise and fall, some theories guess a gap of hundreds of even a thousand years have passed (though there isn't much way to know for sure given no concrete records).

And yeah, that's one of my intentions with this, to try and keep many of the purchases from the old Jump in some fashion. In fact, if you cross compare, you should find quite a few of the old perks in some fashion sitting in the WIP Document.

Not sure, it's implied that gods like Artorias (I'm calling all of Gwyn's people who weren't humans or giants 'gods' for simplicity's sake) who only had light in their soul were extremely susceptible to abyssal corruption since they had no experience with tolerating it. It'd be a sticky situation for you.

Thanks! I fiddled with that quite a bit.

I nervously choose to believe that's a positive maniacal laugh.

I fucking adored designing the Chaos Servant perks, probably the thing that made me to decide to fill up perk trees with all the little mini combos.

I had pleasant thoughts of turning severed fingers into cute dragonlet pets.

Mmhm, though for some reason "Sunlight" manifests as lightning when represented as an energy in Dark Souls for some reason, so I thought the continued emphasis on electricity would be the right direction. Did you have anything in mind to keep to the theme?

Yeah, that's what that line was supposed to be referencing. There's probably some kind of characteristic or ability related to the game stats you can enhance.

>Integrate any Orcs willing to control themselves into Night Elf society
Why integrate them into Night Elf society specifically?

REMOVE
ALL
TRIFLING
GNOMES

No seriously gnomes summoning demons too large for their britches twice cant be called a coincidence anymore, DO NOT ALLOW GNOMES TO WARLOCK

Empoleon mostly complained about how cold everything was as a human.

Mostly so they learn how to Druid and don't kill Cenarius.

May also involve NElves relearning how to Shaman, since they obviously forgot how to do that when they stopped being trolls.

>>boop Helya and force her and Odyn to actually talk about their issues

That's going to require you to convince Odyn to actually admit his wrong-doings and how he's responsible for some of the bad shit that's gone down in the world.

Which is pretty much impossible, considering how far up his own ass he is about VALOR.

>Did you have anything in mind to keep to the theme?
Well, you could say in the perk that it gives you an affinity for light and energy (fire, light, lightning basically) related abilities, which due to a quirk in the settings metaphysic's manifests as lightning.

Also, there's that part from the wiki
>His soul embodied the concepts of light and energy, allowing him to manipulate them both, and generate a substance called lightning.
No clue if that's true to canon, but from what I remember of the games, it seems to be correct.

All I really need to do is poke the Troggs to death and stop Thermaplugg. That'll free up the Gnomes to help the Alliance if Archy somehow shows up anyway.

That is indeed the good type of laughter.

Also, thank you for being generous to Companions. Even if the actual import price makes me wanna die a bit.

Jump looks good! I also dig the black on grey style.

I assume the Eternal Dragon scenario is gonna let us become a dragon? Would be neat. And what would the Lord of Sunlight scenario get us?

Duskwood, Felwood, a fuckton of other places need help healing the lands.
If you can't decorrupt Deathwing then setting up an uncorrupt black dragon as the new aspect would prolly help.

Try and save/repair the world soul of Argus? I dont actually know what the fuck is going on there but apparently something something the Legion is torturing the world soul of Argus to make themselves immortal or something. The whole immortality has been retconned back and forth I dont even know anymore.

And fuck Odyn. He's an overgrown manchild who makes everything worse. Though if you think you can get him to see the error of his ways then do it.

Eh. The worst of Gnomeregan happens during Warcraft 2 though.

Okay I went full fae mood on this one but now I have the Kinetic Cestus Noble Phantasm built with Item Construction EX: pastebin.com/ev75w1nz

I doubt it'll pass muster through Val, though if they wanna give their opinion I'd love to see them tear it apart or maybe (.0000000001%) approve of it. I really like the feel that this gave me.

He's had a while to calm down, I think. Besides, fixing the dragon problems and showing him that might convince him maybe dragons weren't a bad idea after all.

I think Helya will be harder to talk to, being as bitter and probably Old-God corrupted as she is. Maybe poke N'Zoth to death first?

I'm starting accrue weapons that I feel fit me. I was wondering, where I can pick up some type of quick weapon switch. I have enough arms to wield all of them, but people would start asking questions.

Requip in Fairy Tail, I know DMC has a perk for it, there's probably others.

Could you add a Lord Splinter + Ancient Tradition combo that enhances the affinity Lord Splinter gives you?

Terraria has Inventory and you can switch to any item on the Hotbar portion with a thought.
Limited to 10 slots on the hotbar though.

That reminds me to remove Satyr and Remove Nightmare.

Good point, I'll have to wait for a WCII jump.

There are quite a few inventory perks. I'd suggest Terraria or Devil May Cry

I have a decently high drawback cap if that helps any, but I appreciate the kind words in either case.

Don't be afraid to speak up if you see something you'd like to criticize.

Mmm, I'll see what I can think up. That line was referencing how you couldn't even use the Miracle if you weren't a Sun Bro, so I thought using belief in Gwyn as a stand in would be good for keeping up with fluff.

That seems workable, though I would exclude fire since before burning himself in the first flame, Gwyn and his people were always noted as being more aligned with light and lightning. The Witch of Izalith and her people were always the more flame focused ones.

It was something kind of like that, yeah.

Glad to hear.

Well hopefully the price will be worth it since the imports, while not available in bulk, will be pretty potent.

Is there any reason other than just really good for First Jumpers for one to get Drifting Hollows?

Basically, instead of demons being reborn in the Twisting Nether due to their nature as chaotic beings born from it (which was how Sargeras managed to imprison them in Mardum to begin with), it's now attributed to the power they've siphoned from the corrupted, titanic world-soul Argus.

... on a sidenote, none of you are going to like me for the drawback tied to Order Leadership. Absolutely fucking none of you.

Hey senpai.
archiveofourown.org/works/3323000
Take the illusion that gives you enough willpower to win against illusions and you're set.

For Gut Instinct it sounds like your limbs may not even want to return, is there anyway you can say they are still loyal or want to be one again?

As I do not plan on taking it, I am cheerfully ambivalent and wholly supportive of it

Eh, Ill bitch when I actually see it.
Prolly wont be taking Order Leadership anyways since I was going with a Lightbringer and crafting build so my opinion is somewhat biased.

Also, god damn it blizzard just stick with one idea or something.

Thank you kindly. I got inspired by Val (who also told me that changing background color was even an option) so I wanted to try something easier on the eye myself.

Yeah, Eternal Dragon status is the plan for that scenario. Lord of Sunlight reward is currently planned to be a pretty significant chunk of Gwyn's fractured Lord Soul along with a Dukedom, similar to how Seath was rewarded for his war efforts.

Sure, probably something about being able to throw lightning spears.

Is Prince of the Wrathful Alabaster Forest, a good infernal name?

The perk's name is Hiveminded. Each body has some different quirks as a result of different bodies and senses, but they are all basically me. It's a pretty cool perk.

For more 'separated' entities, you would need to look into my Devas.

Is getting Mage champions going to be worth it?

Make it longer, so you can stab people when they are forced to say it full.

>Lord of Sunlight reward is currently planned to be a pretty significant chunk of Gwyn's fractured Lord Soul
Sounds great. I guess getting the rest of that soul yourself would enhance the effects, right?
