Incorrect, Mágica can be an adjective or a Noun. Magia is always a Noun. But as a known Magia and Mágica are interchangeable:

Both means 'The magic practiced by the Witches', the second ones gives us a more general and broad idea of what magic means, as if they are saying 'the magic arts', while the second seems like a specific incantation or spell. But, they could still be interchanged without change of meaning.

The actual reason Crowley spelled it that way is because he wanted to differentiate it from stage magic, to make sure he could communicate specifically what he meant and to give it a more sophisticated image. Makes sense to me.
