Who's the best live-action girl?
I can't into 2D waifus.

That is why you take small steps and measure progress (or at least pay attention to it). You might not be able to quit cold turkey straight away but you could start trying out different hobbies.

thing is I've only really start making progress with a lot of social stuff since I started coming here, you people have taught me a lot about human interaction which in my isolated area I don't have much of a chance to practice, you remember how I was before right?

What jumps are best for hugging?

Quick questions about Pokemon Trainer:

1. For those who've taken the Psionics perk, do you limit yourself to a couple of moves? If so, which ones? If not from which ones did you get the most leverage?

2. Fluff-wise, do you consider that Pokemon Type resistances and weaknesses apply in other Jumps? That, for example, undead or uncorporeal beings could be considered Ghost types for the purpose of move effectiveness?

Fate Grand Order

That's up to you, user, everyone's got their own preference(s).

Experiments are optional but obviously if it's full of amazons there's been some hijinks.

No I mean out of all properties not being able to leave a vault is fairly thematic.

Yeah possibly, I'm probably adding scenarios at some point so I'll see what I can do in the next update. Can't do it today though as I do not have the time.

General projectiles.

Because that's what I thought they were worth and there are 50 CP options.

Put in a note so people have to agree to enter so that it's not a prison. As for items you could already sort of do that with a forcewalled warehouse it's just you'd be able to take them out yourself making it less limited.

Yeah they'd have places to sleep. All of the main casinos do in-game so added it in.

Cheers I've fixed those.

Here it is with some alterations from stuff mentioned last thread. Don't have a load of time today but I will check the thread later for any builds/comments.

Irish hug ninja

You haven't improved by any noticeable amount. I think most people just blocked you so you get fewer responses in general.

They give the best hugs.

Nah, there's been improvement. You may have just repressed the memories of what he was like when he first started posting here.

Just keep in mind that Veeky Forums is about as good a replacement for actual face-to-face social interaction as frozen "microwave for 15 minutes" meals are compared to decent quality diner/restaurant fare (and no, I mean a _real_ diner or restaurant, not some fast food franchise). See find hobbies that get you "outside".

anybody ever found a frozen GF lasagne that isn't godawful sludge?

While a good frozen lasagne is impossible, diner/restaurant stuff is also horrible in comparison to a home cooked meal. You'll get it far cheaper, it'll likely be healthier if you go for that stuff and you'll get as much as you want and can eat in the comfort of your own home.

Also you can have at least some assurance of the quality of what you're going to eat since you know you're own skill and tastes rather then playing roullette wheel with whatever place you're eating out at.

I'd say him posting his fairly recent commissions are at least as fucked up as anything he did back then.

Jumpers, tell me about these times you managed to genuinely frighten the monster, the villain, the horror.

Hmm, a SJW or a hot warrior woman. Such a difficult decision /s.

>Jumper reveals true power

Tokyo Ghoul. When you waltz in as a Kaiju, even the Ghouls are terrified.

Query: if you want your vault to physically follow you around, as opposed to being a Warehouse add-on, is it too much of a wank to say that you just get a new one each jump? I don't necessarily want randos following me around, but by the same token if I did invite someone inside I wouldn't want to evict them.

Does that make sense? Is that possible?

She's stronk and she's got dem curves. She's an insatiable, merciless hugging machine.

Yeah a new one each time is fine as well.

Fade in
interior : a warehouse in bludhaven-night
, swinging sparsely placed lightbulbs providing the only light,A pale figure in a purple suit is tied to a chair.

The Bludhaven Shadow a mammoth of a man, cloaked in shadow itself holding a black crowbar that seems more and extension of his arm then a actual implement

The Joker a maniacal pale gangly gentleman with red lipstick and green hair wearing a pale suit, tied to a chair a pink artificial chrysanthemum dangles from his lapel.

Poison Princess wife of The Bludhaven Shadow , gas mask, full body stocking, command over a strange toxic gas.

The Bludhaven Shadow
you see here's the thing Joker, I promised Batman I wouldn't kill you, and I know better than to break a promised Batman, but there is an awful lot of room between living and dead, and I'm going to play in that space.

The Joker
so what? You are going to beat me up and throw me back in Arkham? You think that scares ME! I will escape in a month!

the crowbar shifts into a saw, as poison Princess brings out a small cauldron filled with burning coals with a cast iron frying pan on top of it.
The Bludhaven Shadow
you are basing that on the presumption that you'll ever be capable of anything again, see you are going to be able to do much of anything with no limbs, no eyes, no lower jaw, and a frontal lobotomy. people think you're a basket case now you were a basket case now, well you will be when I'm done with you.

Zoom out , pan over to a higher angle, we see the The Bludhaven Shadow doing something to the Joker as various squelching noises and splatters of blood come from the chair

The Joker
maniacal laughter that gives way to screams of agony

Home invasion, that stuff always work when you want to produce shit inside their undies.

Awesome. Thanks, Cats.

Thanks

If you cannot win the game, change the rules.

Honestly, most of the time. I'm pretty spooky. In BHNA I ended up fulfilling the symbol of peace thing by going full big brother and preventing any crime through the sheer paranoia from having a clairvoyant teleporter appear whenever a crime was being committed, or just sending tyranids to do it.

Couple questions. For the courier duster, how strong is it starting out? Assuming this is jump 1, how much bang for the buck do you get assuming non-import? If you imported the desert ranger armor into it? What can I expect if I take the Not Special drawback [Luck]?

In Code Geass I scared that hell out of Britannia thanks to constantly attaching their military bases in my Kaiju form.
In Dune I showed up with a new guild, the Mechanicus. Armed with Terminator drones, a lot of people started freaking out.
I've scared a lot of street level people and below thanks to having the Spirit of Vengeance. Don't even have to go full skeleton mode. Just instantly setting yourself on fire alone tends to freak people out.
And then there was a wannabe cult leader where I really decided to have fun scaring him. I would wake him in the middle of the night by popping out of random places while I was in my Skelly alt form. The bed, the closet, even the dresers (came out as pieces and formed back together next to his bed). I never did anything more than rattle my bones. But one weak of me doing this every night, and he ended up checking himself into a psychiatric ward.

I have some thoughts about repeating that last one on some alien villains. Make them think that the spirits of dead humans have come to haunt them. Use clone perks to add to the number of skeletons that appear each night until they leave humanity alone.

So you became a Shin Megami Tensei antagonist?

I'm going to say no, but only because I've been one for a long time.

So, a thought.

Investiture of Infernal Glory costs 60 motes. That's a fuck. How do I either make the charm cheaper, or regain essence fast enough to use it constantly?

Found a religion worshipping you.
Worship increases essence regeneration.

Also standing in a manse you're attuned to helps regenerate motes.
Some heartstone powers also increase mote regen.

>Worship increases essence regeneration.
Five dots is just 6 motes per hour. Is there some sort of approximation for going beyond 5 dots of Cult, or method of increasing the gain? I remember Sidreals having that one perk, and also somewhere else something similar?

>manse
That's like, 10 motes per hour, right? Still not much. Do hearthstones stack?

>Fat Man
>A fat man that never runs out of mini nukes.
>Euclid’s C-Finder
>and this recharges every few seconds.
MWAHAHAhaha... ha... This pleases me.

Can we pick a different look for the Courier Duster, like something closer to the Ranger Armor's duster? I don't really like the sleeveless look.

Could I import one thing in two items? For example, importing an armor as both the Stealth Suit and the Duster?

Also, how does importing work with the Courier 6 drawback's saying you'll need to find your gear?

And if you go Super Mutant/Nightkin, does the gear you buy adjust to fit you?

>Smart Appliances
Could I apply these AI to the vending machine, fridge, and maybe some of the other stuff in the item section?

>Yeah possibly, I'm probably adding scenarios at some point so I'll see what I can do in the next update. Can't do it today though as I do not have the time.
Would that include an option to get a brain companion? Was kinda sad to not have that amongst the options.

>That's like, 10 motes per hour, right?
20, if you're actually in the Manse. 10 if you're just carrying the Hearthstone.

>Do hearthstones stack?
They do, yes.

>They do, yes.
Alright, getting somewhere...

How do I create demesnes/manses outside of Creation?

Also, can one store Essence somehow?

In Desolate Era, are the Nine Chaos Seals something I could teach my Companions? I can't tell if it's a teachable technique, or a physical thing that you need to have in order to make the flower/mist. And what does it mean by "insights into a Dao tailored to the user"?

>Is there some sort of approximation for going beyond 5 dots of Cult, or method of increasing the gain?
Luna and the Maidens have the effective 6 dot version, from their Creation-wide veneration. It gives them 8 motes an hour.

However, the Sun gets a tithe from the worship to all gods. Which gives him a mote every minute. So, going from that, setting up a world-wide religion without other deities would probably get you a few motes per minute.

>How do I create demesnes/manses outside of Creation?
By rearranging the landscape with geomancy over long periods of time. Or by using certain charms. Infernals in particular are pretty good at creating demesnes.

Manses you can just pop into existence with a sorcery spell. Or just design and build them normally.

You'd need to create them on a property that follows you if you don't want to keep having to set that up every jump though.

>Also, can one store Essence somehow?
There are essence batteries, but they're usually magitech and fairly hard to make.

Some spirits like gods and demons can crystallize Essence with their charms though.

Basically, it's gonna get you insights into the Daos you are learning/have learned. And yeah, your companions could also use the seals, if they manage to understand them.

And we're in buisness. Stellaris will be fun.

Thank you, everyone who helped.

Make a lot of stunts?

Time permitting will the pet Cazador grow? If not I'd pay to ride a Giant/Legendary sized Cazador into battle.

Jumpers, post your Hellsing builds!

Speaking of Exalted, I was looking at the chains for it and I noticed something weird.

>Perfect effect charms are not literally omnipotent and powerful magic/conceptual abilities from other settings could plausibly outpower or match it. (Thank you user)

why nerf perfect defenses like this?

Ah, thank you.

So Hellsing vampires are clearly evil given their weakness to blessed and holy objects, and the fact that they're all descendants of Alucard who got his power directly from the devil. What about werewoles? They're weak to silver but not holy, but is their origin ever explained?

kid!alucard is great.

its hilarious hearing the voice of an adult man coming from a 10 year old girl.

I don't think all of them are descended from him.

True vampires are, the created vampires are not. The created vampires are pussies, though, so who cares.

If you buy only Dark Binding, without taking Alucard's Embrace, would you still be able to the the whole "let souls die instead of me" thing?

There are probably other true vampires elsewhere in the world not descended from him that just aren't relevant to the plot, though. Vampire myths significantly predate Vlad Tepes Dracula.

If I remember right, they all came from Mina Harker, who was turned by Alucard while he was Dracula. So they technically are descended from him, it's just that his powers/blood are super diluted. Then being descended from him, even distantly, and STILL being so weak is probably why he's so disappointed.

Fair point. However, the deal to become a True Vampire comes from the devil. That's why the Major rejected it.

No. Lycanthropy in Hellsing is probably still a curse like in traditional folklore though.

I think there were true vampire not desended from him. Like the priest.

I think people he turned were kind of servile like Seras.

Cool. I can deal with being cursed. I just want to avoid being evil, so I'm avoiding Alucards Embrace.

Isn't Seras... not exactly a good person, but not evil either?

NOT AGAIN

Seras is a...decent person? I mean, she's not pure good, but she's at least sort of good.

She's weak to holy and blessed weapons, yes? She got turned by Alucard, yes? Alucard got his powers from the devil, right?

She might be like an Image Spawn. When they're first turned and fresh to earth they retain their human behaviors, so its possible for them to retain a sense of morality and nobility. However, as they grow older they invariable become more evil.

So, it's possible she's okay'ish now, but if she isn't evil, she's on a non-stop flight to evil.

Evil is an STD, user. You engage in fluid exchange with evil, and you've got evil

Partially Kissed Hero Drawback:

400 Hail Harry! - Oh, what happened, Jumper? You seem to have fallen into the orbit of one Harry Potter. You became his ‘friend’(read: servant) as soon as you arrived, and are now an integral part of his team! Quite obviously, this drawback disables both Protective Shield and Detect Bullshit, meaning that if you are to ever extricate yourself, you have to do it the hard way. He will use your abilities freely, and while one of the few perks of being at his side that your death is rather unlikely, living with yourself is a different matter. See, you retain your morals exactly as they were, functioning perfectly. It’s just that you’re never quite able to say no to Harry.

Oh, and something about PKH that I wanted to mention.

The free perk makes you as good at magic as an average first year student, but the age roll can potentially make you older than a first year. This means you could conceivably end up as, say, a fifth year who's only as good as a first year.

It depends if she's in her blood rage state or not, blood rage is an angry violent animal, normal Seras is a soldier fighting "vampire" Nazis who doesn't feed on the innocent and generally tries to be decent despite her trauma.

It's a power source ,all power is a tool it's what you do with it that makes it evil or good, some power sources corrupt you toward using them for evil and COULD be said to be evil, but Helsing Vampirism Isn't Really one of them,it's just that vampires are usually Assholes but being a vampire is never stated to make you an asshole automatically.

Well, that's a trap drawback if I've ever seen one.

Ah, but as we see frequently, the average first year is actually tremendously magically powerful and it's only Dumbledore keeping them down that prevents them from being the greatest wizards ever.

Fixed.

>Well, that's a trap drawback if I've ever seen one.
Yeah, and now imagine doing it as a female.

How much does Meat of a Champion improve your stats? Is it almost as much as the person you're eating, or is it like a barely-noticeable fraction?

"If you're female, you don't get any bonus points, just my heartfelt sympathies."

As per game, eating a legend equals +1 point in a SPECIAL stat. Those max out at 10.

ok

...

>nice body
>zero curves
Doubt

THE WHOLE GODDAMN POINT OF HELLSING IS RETAINING HUMANITY DESPITE IT

Seras has free will uninfluenced by anything but her own choices. Same as the Major who used painful cybernetics to make sure his will wouldn't be destroyed. She can be good or evil. That's the point.

Styles from Medaka Box are their own system like magic or ki, right?
So it's possible to develop new style with some basic knowledge and right perks AFTER MB jump, right?

The Major cared about retaining his identity. That is what he believed made someone human.

However that doesn't mean he was a moral person. He didn't care about being humane ("I Love war").

The two things are separate. Being human doesn't make you good.

...

...

>777
Slow down, angel user. Not to be confused with angelanon. You can maintain your humanity and still be a moral monster. Seras is Seras, sure. That doesn't mean she isn't powered by evil and is, by extension, evil. Sure, she can be like Alucard and channel her evil toward fighting evil, but she'll still be essentially evil.

That sounds like game mechanics. Both the +1 aspect and limit of 10.

And the perk clearly doesn't work the way the perk of the same name does in New Vegas, as this is a permanent buff based on who you eat, rather than the temporary boost to NV-leader levels you temporarily gain after eating any random human corpse.

They are their own system and was made by the bait and switch last boss before Iihiko. If it can be created again post jump is doubtful because there isn't much to go on for them in jump or series itself.

Well, the four stats involved clearly correspond to the four people you eat for the perk.

>angelic voice
>french
Hon hon hon.

>four people
>You also attain a permanent boost to your own attribute every time you eat someone particularly gifted when it comes to strength, perception, endurance, charisma, intelligence, agility, or luck. Eating the strong will make you stronger and so on.
Did you even read the perk? It works almost nothing like the way it does in-game, and would at the least have to be seven people you eat.

Not everyone. Presumably the priest and other vampires have spawned naturally. We see how this happened with both Dracula and the Major's flashback. The devil (or some other entity) takes the blood near them and offers them power in a life-or-death situation.

Also, Alucard and his direct descendants are stronger thanks to Alucard having living for hundreds of years, having millions of souls inside of him and being augmented by Hellsing.

>However, as they grow older they invariable become more evil.
Wouldn't that happen to all immortals? It's not the power source influencing you directly (such as Chaos does), but rather finding yourself in a position of power that makes yourself less human-ish.

The regenerators from the Church also become huge dicks and care little for their fellow humans.

Medaka Box is both confusing as a series and as a Jump.
They appear suddenly in the last arc, but they seem to be something that one can learn, and they were developed by a guy. So, if you can have that guy to explain the process of creation to you, it should be possible.
But keep in mind that in the series it was possible to create a guy that could create powers using science bullshit.

In the same vein as , could our baby deathclaw eventually reach Legendary Deathclaw size (assuming we don't go with a Stripe-sized one)?

Can I import some random items for Smart Appliances? I feel like my chair needs a personality.

And would my vanity perks still work with Unclean Living, to make me look as good as a green, muscle-bound, bald giant could look?

>She's weak to holy and blessed weapons, yes?
>Alucard got his powers from the devil, right?
Remember that just because a god in a setting deems you evil you don't need to evil. Specially when becoming holy means to lose your freewill and become a tree-monster that serves a god's puppet.

...

>>However, as they grow older they invariable become more evil.
>Wouldn't that happen to all immortals?
That's a separate point. The Spawn are literal officers in Hell's army. Certain individuals are offered a deal when they die: in exchange for going back to earth, usually to right some wrong or the like, they pledge themselves to Hell. So when a Spawn first shows up back on Earth it can be moral and noble. With time, however, the demonic nature starts to take more of a hold on them and they become evil in essence and in fact.

That's what I was suggesting for Hellsing True Vampires. Sure, when they're first turned they may act noble, but as they're powered by evil they're either evil or on en route to evil.

Because of screeching Exalt-haters. I just ignore it personally.

There is no evidence to suggest that the narrative of Hellsing is unreliable, as such when X is called evil and Y good, we accept that those are the facts of the matter. Were there some reason to doubt the reliability of the narrative, or narrator, were that the case, I'd be willing to agree to that. However, this is not the case, as there is no evidence given that unreliable narrative, on the macro scale, is at all a part of Hellsing.

Same here.
Practically speaking even if you do use it, it's really open to interpretation as there are no examples of what could overpower perfect charms. If you can fanwank it to infinity and back to it's canon effectiveness, then why bother having the limit at all unless you are pandering to opinionated shitposters?
The idea something you get in one setting is weaker in another is just stupid and goes against years of precident on how jumpchain works. HP magic isn't weaker in Prototype. D&D Dragons don't become newts in Mass Effect. Perfect Charms should be just as perfect (and expensive and with their flaws) in other settings as they are in Exalted.

What gifts do you offer to your followers?
