Who would win in a fight, bugs bunny or Nyarlathotep?

delete your setting

Bugs, obviously.

Bugs wasn't invincible in Space Jam.
You just have to him out of his comfort zone.

>So this is actually important to my setting
Somehow I doubt that.

Whose universe is it set in?
If in the Looney Tunes one, Bugs.
If Bugs is pulled into Nyarlathotep's, he's in trouble. He requires his toon powers to really succeed.

fine you unbelievers

the world has a bunch of super-powered individuals called creators.

what superpower creators have is they have control of a sentient creation of theirs. this creation functions as a stand. this can be anything from a comic to a doll, but it must be a magnum opus with vast importance to the creator.

the most powerful of these creations is the magnum opus of an old man that is his cartoon, a mickey mouse/bugs stand in.

>counting Space Jam as canonical.

It gave us Babs, which was a horrid mistake you can see by turning Safe Search off.

So uhh
What's up with that setting, Doc?

No user, it doesn't matter what universe it's in, Bugs Bunny is such a powerful cartoon icon he literally brings toon physics with him no matter where he goes.

The only time Bugs is ever in danger is if he is an antagonist in the situation, every time Bugs was antagonistic he was humiliated, it's only when Bugs is on the defense that he is untouchable.

if we go by Roger Rabbit logic Toons can do anything so long as its funny in the context, including materializing objects, escaping anything, and are indestructible except for The Dip (invented by Evil toon Doc Brown)

He got his butt kicked by a gremlin.

The biggest problem mostly lie in the fact that bugs could definitely be one of the numerous incarnations of Nyarlathotep....

No, it gave us Lola. Babs came from Tiny Toon Adventures. Tiny Toons (and Rescue Rangers) was worse, it launched the internet furry fandom we all know and love.

Bugs, considering the kind of story for bugs to even be present.

Yeah, because he was antagonizing the gremlin. The gremlin and the tortoise are two of the only characters who have ever bested Bugs (besides early age Daffy, who was fucking insane) and both times Bugs sort of picked the fight

yep you're right, wrong Rabbit.

>Rescue Rangers
NO CASE TOO BIG NO CASE TOO SMALL, WHEN YOU NEED HELP JUST CALL
CHIP CHIP CHIP N' DALE, RESCUE RANGERS

It has been burned into my long term memory and will be one of the only things i remember if i get alzheimers.

Implying they aren't the same person.
>Able to bend the fabric of reality to their whims
>Known for wearing a ton of disguises
>Fucks with humans for kicks
>Can shift between dimensions at will
The evidence is there if you look hard enough.

Underrated.

>Implying Bugs isnt just another manifestation of Nyarlathotep

Depends.

Does the power of the creation depend on the creator alone, the effort put into it, public perception, or other factors? Can a not-stand be created with powers that can't be countered or circumvented?

I'd probably have to say bugs, simply because he's more well-known and better defined than the vague cosmic horror that is Nyarlathotep.

Nyarlathotep fights himself all the time.

yare yare, doc?

Depends on two factors
>mental strength of the creator
>love of the creator to the creation

Creations act like their characters would

Doesn't Nyarlathotep usually make people destroy themselves, like with the development of nuclear weaponry?

It depends on how funny it is. A toon's power is only relative to how funny it would make the situation. Would it be funnier to have Bugs pull a can of acme brand anti-great-old-one spray and spray Nyarlathotep into nothingness, or would it be funnier for bugs to keep smacking him with objects until he realizes he's out of his league and runs howling in typical cartoon fashion?

It'd be funnier for Nyar to slowly realize that Bugs is a manifestation of Azathoth's sense of humor.

I'd give this one to Bugs, if only because he operates on Cartoon Physics/Logic and that shit is obscenely difficult to defeat.

...Somewhere in the void of infinite existence, the daemon sultan Azatoth slumbers eternally, drowsily muttering it's first semblance of words in eons: "Hehehe, what a maroon"....

>Implying Nyarlathotep isn't just one of manifestations of Bugs Bunny

...

>Bugs Bunny dresses up as a lady Blind Ape of Truth
>Nyarlathotep zips out of frame and reenters with a table, lit candle, and bottle of wine
>speaks French while kissing his way up Bugs' fake pseudopod
>inadvertently dislodges Bugs' wig
>SAN check

>Who would win in a fight, bugs bunny or Nyarlathotep?

Popeye.

>>inadvertently dislodges Bugs' wig
>>SAN check

The thing about outer gods is they always win in the end. The problem with that is their "end" is easily several millions or billions of years away from now, so you can enjoy your "fleeting" victories on what, to a mortal, would seem like an extreme time scale.
The thing about Nyarlathotep is that his power is arbitrarily decided at any given moment. He is the soul of the outer gods after all.

You can be a powerlevel autist and spout "toonforce" or whatever, but the answer is Nyarlathotep wins in the end, and can very well win instantly if Azathoth isn't up for this at the moment.

...

temporary individual victory in which there is little to no possibility of another engagement between the two individuals is a victory.

From the vantage of an ephemeral being like a mortal, yes.

So everyone gets a medal! Awesome

yes. but an non-ephemeral beign has no need of the concept of victory. victory is a ephemeral concept, only to be experienced by the ephemeral. a beign that sees things as inevitable has no sense of loss or failure. without an understanding of defeat, there is no understanding of victory.

If it's for a joke Bugs wins. If not he loses.

Whether Bugs wins or loses depends on what's funnier.

...

depends on the setting

All of reality draws near and closes around its boiling, nuclear center. That was all that ever could have been, folks.

>Nyarlathotep is an incarnation of bugs

This sounds really animu, seems like you just copied that premise from last season, the one about LN authors using their creations to fight off an OC donut steal fanfic character

>Nyeh, what's up Yog?

Anything and nothing is canon in Looney Toons.
It's not like it has continuity of any kind.

>muh billions if years
Billions of years later when we have conquered the stars Bugs will be remembered while Nyarly will be on a million page list of eldritch entities, but hey don't get too down crawling chaos cock sucker, at least he starred in Persona

...

Really, billions of years in the future humanity is likely to have become one of the eldritch entities on that million page list, screwing around with the octo-beetles that now inhabit a tropical Earth by giving them gifts and books and fucking their women to make human-octo-beetle hybrids.
