I don't spend all of my free time playing board games, but I do lead a pretty sedentary lifestyle save from my pretty physical warehouse job. I still manage to be skinnyfat but I'm 6'2 so I kinda get away with it as long as my shirt is on. Now you tell us a bit about yourself.

I don't lift, but I do ironman triathlon and ultra marathon running. Currently training for a 101km mountain run in Switzerland.

Also DM'ing a bunch and having fun. Running is very compatible with nerd hobbies because I gotta rest sometimes.

I'm trying to make my lifestyle healthier. I have been going without sugar and without caffeine for a week now, while getting up fifteen minutes earlier every day. Some days have been harder than others, but once I'm getting decent sleep and eating more, I'll be getting fit.

Hopefully, I'll achieve the 80s fantasy physique I have always wanted.

I've been a distance runner most of my life, so I'm in pretty good shape, but I've been trying to train in other ways than cardio recently

In my experience runners are mainly dorks (like me), smart chads (our varsity CC team had the highest average GPA of any of the school teams), or east african gazelle mode kids. I was one of the weirder kids on my team, the other guys were cool with me though.

Not beastmode, but as I said, reasonably fit. Don't lift or go to gym though, I prefer doing excerxices with own bodyweight.

I'm in sort of the same boat - pretty physical job (stagehand), otherwise sedentary lifestyle, only 5'10" though.
I'm okay, I can handle 50lbs (not lifts, but actually working with an awkward object of that weight, holding it up for a few minutes at a time) fairly decent. Can handle 75 okayish. Still working on that, since I want to get into rigging - hauling 100+ lbs 40-100ft in the air. And then setting it.
Can push 500 on tiny wheels across broken concrete like a boss though.
