If you want low level Nazi artifacts, you have to think about who they would be used by and what they would do.

Chances are it would be something that the rank and file would have on them, such as an enchanted Iron Cross that increased fortitude, or perhaps a Mutterehrenkreuz that dispels fatigue. A scope of renowned clarity used by a sniper who spent days on his own in a nest surrounded by enemies, or perhaps gloves that get warm when you are lied to that was used by a Gestapo officer.

Everything would be to make their jobs easier, so that they could better serve the motherland.

If you want an actual low-level Nazi artifact, you can't go wrong with the Blood Flag, a swastika banner stained with the blood of a slain Nazi killed during the Munich uprising in 1923. Hitler displayed it at his rallies and ritually touched it to other Nazi banners to imbue them with occult power.

It disappeared after the war and was presumably carried away by some fleeing Nazi officer, now lying hidden awaiting the rise of the Fourth Reich.
