When playing a game with classes, do you prefer fighters, thieves, or mages?

I prefer ants.

I generally play thieves. I prefer survivors to heroes and with most of their skills being about avoiding direct conflict the thief archetype lets me indulge that fantasy the best.

>do you prefer
Given the pic you conciously chose to upload, I'm going to assume you mean romantic preference. I'll preface this by saying I detest women so I'm operating on 2D logic here.

>Fighters
+Assertive
+Will protect you
+Muscular, if you're into that
+Will treat you like a princess
-Will treat you like a princess
-Coarse and boorish
-May be an alcoholic
-Probably not too clever

>Thieves
+Sharp and witty
+Streetwise
+Has life experience beyond her years
+Sharp tongue, probably a smoothtalker
+Has been around, can show you some places you never even dreamed of
+Extremely agile 'NAMSAYIN'? YOU KNOW 'NAMSAYIN'!
-Golddigger, assuming she doesn't flat out take your wallet
-Has been around in more ways than one
-Incredibly skilled liar
-Twisted sense of morality

>Mages
+Kind and sensitive
+Considerate of your feelings
+Will do her best to support you
+Can use a vast array of spells to aid you in a variety of ways IF'N YA 'NAMSAYIN'
-Overly emotional
-Is either a doormat or utterly deranged, there's no middle ground
-Is both literally and figuratively equivalent to a walking powderkeg
-Probably on the deep end of the autism spectrum

Mage is the safe option and fighter lines up with my fetishes more, but against my better judgement I'm going for the thief.

I'm partial to rogues myself, sneaky kills are best kills.

I'm not OP but come on, that image is plenty adequate.

Bard

All three at once!

>Not playing a Heavy Weight Wrestler Thief Magician

Don't say mages, because what you get vs what you want....

guess again

Mages, because the only game my friends play is DnD, and you have to be a wizard to do ANYTHING in DnD.

...

I like that so many rpg games just have "criminal" as a class option.

Thieves hands down. The other two classes cant touch them. Fighter goes to attack. Steal the weapon before it strikes. Wizards comes with a killer spell? They cant cast shit when all their mana/spell slots are stolen.

Cow tits. Always cow tits.

Are we talking like ?

I'm a big fan of kineticists.

>Ranger
>Not Gary Stu Kvothe

if by thief you mean rogue, then rogue

otherwise it depends on the system

Ideally, a mix of all three. In BG, my favorite character option is elf fighter/mage/thief. In 3.5, I have a scout/transmuter/swiftblade that I absolutely love.

I prefer threads that aren't /v/-bait.

>stealing spell slots from wizards
what

Gary has some nice tits and superb hair. That's all I gotta say.

Fighters

There's something incredibly cathartic to walking up to the biggest fucker in the room and just backhanding the evil out of them until they stop moving anymore.

Even better when you're playing a game where Fighters are allowed to use magical power in addition to raw power.

Thats how Epic Rogues roll

I'd go with fighter going by that logic. Depends on if you get more of an educated knight fighter or a barbarian fighter.

why does the mage have smaller tits than the thief

The thief stole bigger tits

Titcows. Yuffie a shit.

Sneaky warriors that swing absurdly oversized weapons by means of arcane arms.

Thief, because I can detect traps and most importantly, decide when and where I want to fight. Although might be built like a fighter so I can assassin creed up in this place.

Make her Sakura to Tifa's Chun-Li, and give her about 5 years.

To answer honestly, mages all the way.
Most specifically I have most affinity for psychokinetics, especially floating and making things move with furious gesturing. Implosions while dramatically clenching a fist are a particular favorite ultimate move.

Fighters. I'm already about to wizard irl

>classes

I just have different races.

>I detest women
Let's say that they're men, then.

Thieves, although I don't do a whole lot of thieving to be honest.

fighter/mages

if that's not an option then thief

>Detect traps
But that spoils the surprise!

Fighter
Only losers play as wizards

>to be honest
But are you? You are a thief after all.

Tits.

>He fantasize about being a coward.
Seriously?

I like fighters. The fact that most of your actions amount to “hit thing,” in combat, provides a challenge to be creative and come up with new ways to use a limited set of abilities.

can't really explain it, I prefer stories about people who survive win despite weakness than through strength

Are you inserting yourself in the story?

Marry
Kill
Fuck

In that order

only so far as anyone empathises with characters in a story they like

...

not him, but there's a reason why underdogs are such a huge staple of media.

Fighter/mage hybrid because I am an indecisive man. Pic unrelated

Well, it's not the choice Sephiroth would make. But it's a choice I can respect.

Would do all of the above. Have also played all of the above. Will usually sit back & let others figure out their shit, then fill in where needed.

Mage

because I need POOOWAAAAAH! UNLIMAHTEEEEED POOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOWAAAAAAAAAAH!
