The store itself is easy to run, it's the customers. Not all of them, but you know which ones.
We've recieved special training on how to deal with customers with mental disabilities.

I run the store 4 hours out of 5 days a week, and guarunteed, I will have to act like a nursery school minder at least once a week.

The Enron scheme was a very special and unique case that also resulted in the changing of many laws. I'm not saying that Games Workshop isn't necessary a bubble, and they may still deflate, however you may rest assured that their current growth and profits are very much real.

That may be but it does not change the fact that the company is performing exceptionally well for its investors. Now does this have long-term benefits? That is up for question. I would argue that no publicly traded company really can perform and it wise and future-proof matter due to fiduciary responsibility. The simple fact is that despite the laws surrounding at, no company can really experience Perpetual growth year after year with no break or stagnancy. The issue there of course lays within the laws that govern are publicly traded companies. Such laws exist to protect investors from swindlers and embezzlers, however they emphasize and promote predatory practices amongst the company themselves

Anecdotally, I've only met one white supremacist gaming, and it was in WHFB of all games. He played 40k as well (Ultrasmurfs) but that wasn't the game we were playing. Feeling more feminine vestors perspective Games Workshop is managing it's still as exactly how they should. They are keeping a close eye on their Shelf space and explicitly pushing high-value items that will have a positive effect on their bottom line. This may make them incredibly annoying both to shop at and work for, however and maximize their profits as a niche market boutique store. The size of the market, the limitations of shelf space, and the overhead from maintaining physical stores make Games Workshops business very risky, especially as a niche product

In my personal experience I've only ever run into white supremacist at work, never gaming. Even if someone has awful beliefs like that, doesn't necessarily mean that you have to respond in kind.

It should be noted that GW stated several times to the investors that it was aiming at long-term goals, not quick bucks. For what it's worth of course, it could show that the company really isn't looking to do toxic practices that would be the easy solutions to make more money (anymore, since they were definitely doing that under Kirby, trying to make some cash as the company was dying).
