40k universe is stupid. why doesnt a snotling, in the middle of battle, sneak up to a space marine without his helmet on (literally no reason for that apart from "dude it looks cool") and stab his eyes out with a piece of glass? it makes no sense

they sometimes do

proof?

You ask such small questions

snotling needs ladder to reach head of space marine

it can just climb up the armor

First of all, they'd survive that and still kill 20 Orks without eyes. Secondly, your realism bores us. Go away.

not an argument. eyes are a weak target. and its not "muh realism". i'm just asking why a snotling has never climbed up a space marines armor and stabbed his eye, when it's a pretty obvious thing to do.

Do you have any idea how acute the natural senses of Space Marines are? How easy it would be to spot the Snotling and kill it in time?

how is a space marine able to feel a little gremlin creature on top of his armor? how is he supposed to see a gremlin creature with smoke, bullets, artillery, etc exploding everywhere?

it's probably happened, grots and the like Do have chances to kill space amriens, just not good odds, and only by doing shit like that basically.

That's how you explain a snotling killing a Space Marine in game.

A space marine pulls the pin of a grenade, eats the grenade, throws the pin at you, and you are the only one who dies.

The armor is connected to his nerves and marines have pretty quick reflexes.

This requires to the snotling to A. get behind the marine and past his battle brothers and B. get through the crowd of boyz alive aswell.

so the outside of the armor is connected to a space marines nerves? thats pretty stupid. that means any hits that would normally hit the outside of the armor amd not feel any pain would mean the space marine feels pain

Wow dude it's almost like you just figured out Warhammer is a silly, fictional, over-the-top sci-fi universe for hardcore nerds that like reading about, painting models from, and playing in said universe.

The entire suit is connected but you are taking it too literally just because he can feel it does not mean it's basically a second skin in terms of feeling, it's more that the armor is telling him there is something on it.

Space Marines don't really care about pain. They go through a shit ton of psycho-conditioning and indoctrination in order to become pretty much non-human.

>what is filtering sensorial feedback
Look I know this is some shit bait but cmon

>how is he supposed to see a gremlin creature with smoke, bullets, artillery, etc exploding everywhere?
he's probably going to hear him sneak closer over his bolterfire. implying that the assassination attempt will fail in an overwhelming number of cases. plus marines usually don't operate on their own.
