That's not what I said. The writing quality is very good, it's just more flowery than typical of an RPG. It's excellent at getting the tone across, both with how the setting feels and how the mechanics are meant to operate and what they're meant to represent. Its only writing flaw, and don't misinterpret me here, is that it's not great at clearly and concisely explaining how character creation and gameplay work. It presents the information in a roundabout, indirect way that takes longer than the instruction manual we're used to.
