People who don't play them are generally at least kind of interested in them, but none of the newer players want to buy expensive metal models that haven't been updated in forever.

Celestine
1-3x 5-10 seraphim squad with full inferno pistol
2-5x 5 Dominions squads with meltaguns in Repressors/Immolator

Depending how much squads and how big it is about 1000-1500 points
Then:
2x Canoness
3x 5 Battle sisters squads in Immolator/Repressor
0-1 Priest and melee squad of choice usually DCA or Arco flagellants in a rhino
