What about "killer music" is especially Slaanesh-centric to begin with? Their fluff is an excuse to have laser guitar rock and roll Marines in the first place, and unlike Plague or Rubric Marines nothing really stops anyone from being a Noise Marine if they're so inclined.

There's no less reason for a Khornate Chaos Marine to be a Noise Marine than there is for a Slaaneshi Marine to carry an axe.

You're right. There's nothing really specifically nurgle centric about the bloated, disease ridden plague marines that they should be nurgle centric. They should be blessed by Khorne with disease so they can kill people better.

A Noise Marine is basically just a guy with a sonic gun. Not much really keeps any other Chaos Marine from doing the same.

I guess it depends on how seriously you take your 40k, though. Flaming Mad Max guitar Marines in every Chaos warband is inherently silly, but then so is the franchise as a whole. Might as well run with what's fun.
