I would't be That GM. I would just say that kind of character wouldn't fit (which they wouldn't), and that you had to pick something else. At the very least steer the character away from loli territory, find a different portrait, and paint them as something other than a blatant little girl. If you said "No, I won't," and refused to change anything, then you're getting kicked. Simple as that. You can do what you want, I don't care. Doesn't mean I have to put up with it.

I'd work with you to find a compromise so we could both be okay with it, but if you don't compromise then you're gone.

Depends on the concept and on how you roleplay. I don't give a fuck if you see your character as a loli in your head, so long as you keep it in your fucking head. If you pitch your character to me as a young child, that's getting changed. If you pitch it to me as somebody stuck in the body of a little girl, that's getting changed. If you pitch it to me as a pretty, youthful gnome, I could not care less. Just don't act like a fucking creep.
