Pretty weak start OP. Not very clear about your goals, or even what you're trying to get from the thread. Is this a game where you play as a character you/the game creates? If they're closely based on IRL people, or use IRL people's images, my advice would be 'tread carefully', especially if you're looking to ever sell/get donations for this project.

If you're looking for advice on making a card game, I would recommend modeling it after a pre-existing game. Pokemon, Yugioh!, Magic: The Gathering, and Cardfight!! Vanguard. Even older games like Solitaire, Uno, etc could work for inspiration.

Hearthstone and Shadowverse are good inspiration for a modern digital card game.

If you're looking for ways to incorporate erotic elements into games, Furoticon! is a good example, as are other non-card games like HuniePop.

Try googling around, or checking Steam to see what already exists for ideas.

This is autism but this is the kind of autism I can get behind.

So the idea is that the players would be owners of porn studios. The performers themselves would act as "mana" generators, which would allow you to assign them sex acts in films. The goal would be to bankrupt the other players so only your studio still stands.

Or something like that.

So imagine: You start out with 20 life or whatever. It costs a certain amount to play your first porn star. I'm using terms from MTG because it's the only game I know how to play, so porn stars would be like a combination of lands and creatures. Other card types would be similar to sorceries or enchantments, so I guess those would be sex acts and you play them on your porn stars to have them do it and that drives more money to your studio. That's about as far as I've got. The goal would be that you'd be able to poach their porn stars, somehow be able to damage the brands of other studios, maybe injuries, STD outbreaks, drug abuse, stuff like that, while getting your stars to perform well and make more money.

Make a game like those of cars, where every model have several abilities graded from 1 to 10. Each round you and your opponent puts a card face down and choose an ability. Show the card and whoever have the higher ability wins. Allow players to attach prop cards like Dildo that increases or decreases cards abilities.

In 5 minutes I have a better mechanic than just slapping a porn model photo on a MTG template and call it a day.

You will be tempted to make all of the actresses Legendary Creatures. Don't do this. MTG has other card types for a reason, use them. You can still name other spells after actresses (e.g. MTG does cards like Chandra's Fury).

Your generic main resource is mana. Actresses that support specific kinks can make use of or enable other resources (e.g. O-Ringing another creature you control as an additional cost to symbolize Bondage).
