First for invulnerable Wraithlords

KROOOOOOT MERRRRRRRRRRCS

First for Chaos!

...

Let the Tau shitposting commence!

Hope page 9 was ok this time guys!!!

Gotta make sure it's as late as possible as to not take up board space!!!

That's the honorable Jap- I mean T'au way!

So I've been invited to join an escalation league at a local store. How is the state of the game right now? Has anything been fixed or balanced?

>hey guys what if I took a harlequin jetbike fairing and just stuck it to a wraithlords face
>I think it would look pretty badass

Does anyone know where I can find the rules for the old FW kroot units?

xth for generic tau hqs pls

My main thought at a solution is indeed just giving him more points. As you illustrate though, it's difficult to judge what number of points would be appropriate for the benefits he'd be missing out on.

Ooh, I hadn't seen the Open War cards before. Yeah, something like a Ruse might be a good way to handle it; something interesting and helpful, without being as cut-and-dry as strict numbers increases.

Games fine for non-index armies, but it's still 40k so if somebody's going to be a sweaty tryhard they're going to be a sweaty tryhard.

Nth for quadfusion commanders are killy as fuck

Codexes are still obviously much stronger than Index
Conscripts got nerfed
Tzaangors are the new way to play Chaos

WTB old Ork Battle Fortress, where go?

scribd.com/document/354480921/OPEN-WAR

Yep, Ruses are kind of good replacements for army wide buffs.

It does look pretty rad tho

ebay

>not trying hard to out-sweat the sweating tryhard

It's pretty much what you'd expect a ded harlequin to be riding in though. It works.

I guess Shovah's plasma rifle being a a 'souped-up' version of the regular pretty much confirms that the plasma rifle isn't being upgraded to compensate for losing its safety advantage over Imperial ones. Disappointing.

Which is why they're getting that hard-limit put in place

It looks like hot garbage. Low-effort conversion, fucking ridiculous pose.

Harlequins are goofy as hell to begin with. I like it

You got quads but you're still a faggot with a shitty opinion. Now shoo, you're no longer welcome or wanted.

Eat my ass. Its shit and so is your taste.
There are FAAAAAAR better Wraithlord/Harlequin conversions out there.

And I don't even play the faggy things.

>Now shoo, you're no longer welcome or wanted
reddit community keeping da peace!

>Muh Reddit

Bar graphs make me bar up...

Does this make Kroot rifles better?

Is /40krpg/ dead?

I was trying to remember which book had that PC who was a vindicare again, but I can't find the thread.

I need pictures, of unique knight color schemes that arent marble or galaxy themed.

>get out i don't want you here because you disagree with me
Yeah like that'll ever work.

What's wrong with Kroot Rifles as they are?

NPC sorry, he was pre-gen'd in some story

Checked and I stand by you, that thing looks fuck ugly. The rest of the miniature looks badass though

How many points will it be anons?
What weapons will it have?

200-250pts.

Maybe all plasma rifles are 30" now? And high intensity is extra ap and damage?

>What weapons will it have?
Chainsword and Meltagun

Just make the thread again. It is just a slow general since everyone is waiting for the new 40k rpg system to come out.

Nothing really, but I think this change gives the weapon more identity and makes shooty Kroot a bit better.

>How many points will it be anons?
Probably around the same as a Russ
>What weapons will it have?
By the looks of it, some form of Chainsword/Dreadnought Close-Combat Weapon, Cognis Heavy Stubber or Phosphor Blaster (can't tell, looks like it could be either) and a Multi-Melta.

Yeah. Except you should just make a new entry since it basically changes their points cost and uses a very different weapon for the entire squad.

I don't really agree that shooty Kroot need to get any better. Leave them as-is.

I'm starting an Eldar army but can't decide on which craftworld. I like Iyanden but painting all that yellow seems like it would get dull.

What craftworld should I play?

Bad design.

Just give them sniper rounds for 1 point upgrade.

Heavy 1 S4 AP-1 D1 Sniper rules

Play so you can paint them however you want and use whatever rules seem fun.

>Saim Hann
Fun if you like Jetbikes, but arguably the worst craftworld trait. Good relic though.

>Iyanden
Great if you like Wraith units, and want to play a fairly tanky Eldar army

>Ulthwe
One of the better Craftworld Traits. Good if you want to run a bunch of vehicles or Wraith units.

>Biel-Tan
Great if you want to run a bunch of light infantry. Best Warlord Trait

>Alaitoc
Best Craftworld trait hands down. Play them if you want to WAAC or really like Rangers.

>2 shooty weapons
>chainsword, probably chainfist equivalent
>200+ points
Sounds a tad expensive

Thank you for the input, Anons. I'll take all this into consideration.

>use whatever rules seem fun.
Don't support WAACfags, user.

I said whichever seem fun, not Alaitoc only because they're objectively the best craftworld rules.

*blocks your path*

You'll not be painting aspect warriors yellow. Although makes a good point, you see far too many people falling in with the nu-GW party line. Your Dudes should be the standard option.

*beeps your boop*

Random question. Can a Space Marine survive on mortal food alone, or would they slowly start to have issues if they are deprived of special nutrients present in Astartes food rations? I'm talking if a guy is stranded.

They can survive on Mortal Food. They would just have to eat a fuck-ton of it because of how much energy they use.

They need food to survive, but they don't need anything special.
They also repeatedly fiter and re-eat their poop to get maximum nutrients

They should be able to survive on mortal food.

Space marine are supposed to be increadibly self sufficent, and need special food what put a big hole in that.

That said, they would probley need A LOT of food.

*shiggies your diggy*

Depends on the chapter. Dark Angels would probably be consumed by their raging homolust and love of betrayal if they don't take their fag inhibitors daily.

They can survive on rocks and driftwood

Are you speaking from experience, user?

Marines can eat damn near anything, they have to eat a lot but they can survive on food that would kill a mortal outright.

>For many, theRiptide Battlesuitis the iconic T’au Empire unit, and with the new codex, you can expect to see a LOT more of them on a tabletop near you thanks to a suite of rules improvements.

I'm getting 7e flashbacks here.

Of course not, I play DE. We embrace our homolust and love of betrayal as the only real way to live your life. If you're not fucking or backstabbing you're wasting your precious eternal life.

Melee Tau when?

Nothings stopping tau from getting into melee.

Any help?

Whenever GW works out how to balance Katanas to stop them from being OP while respecting how superior they are in reality.

S+1 AP-4, reroll wounds. Done.

Wut

...

We already ha e powerswords user, they're the same thing, the pinnacle of human weapons technolofy.

>D1

A katano can easily cleave a man in to with a single slash.

3 damage flat is much more appropriate.

...

>Whenever GW works out how to balance Katanas to stop them from being OP while respecting how superior they are in reality.

>S+1 AP-4, reroll wounds

lol

My first ever 40k/Death Guard list. I wanted to go for that Dead Walk Again strategy. I'm like 95% sure this is garbage so i can bear your laughter. This is using every unit i have other than Chaos Spawn and the cultists. Oddly, ordering the cultists directly from GW seems to be the cheapest option.

Thinkng replace Noxious Blightbringer with Foul Blightspawn.

>GW would never actually make a tau figure that had a kata...

*Tits your face*

Reroll misses to hit, +1 to wound rolls, -12AP, 2+ causes 2D6 mortal wounds.

They're not stupid, they know the Tau audience.

I am all up for tau shitposting.

Bullshit they can barely butter bread

Why can't Marines return to the glories of 2E Leg-to-torso ratios?

Its on par with a contemptor dreadnought.

They got chadded.

Why can't we just pretend the last 20 years didn't happen?

Because Primaris have objectively better proportions and anyone saying otherwise is wearing rose-tinted goggles. The 2e one's aren't as bad as today's but they look like they're hunched over trying to push out a turd instead of the most recent slavsquatting Manlet marines.

>Reroll misses to hit, +1 to wound rolls, -12AP, 2+ causes 2D6 mortal wounds, ignores buttered bread

Better?

That's not shitposting it sounds cool as fuck. Oni-tau would make me actually glad they're im the setting and would be significantly cooler than Space Weebs In Weeb Space.

My ricenigga has them for 56 oilpaper.

Why dont GW/FW have a guy that makes old shit to order.
At worst it would break even, but a guy gets a job and chinaman gets sour-sauce.

Manlet marines were squats all along!

They do. It's just limited window of ordering.

They're also great at cutting the crust off of my mom's peanut butter and tofu sandwiches, I'd say add +1 to wound vs sandwiches.

Nah, that's OP

Well what avout 3 bonus attacks vs sandwiches, you know, so they can cut off all 4 pieces of crust.

>Reference to Japanese ogre-demon
>Cooler than "Space weebs"

Surely you can see how stupid this looks right?

>all 4 pieces of crust
user a piece of bread only has one crust, it's just goes all the way round
