If we assume original true demons can't reproduce and thus they corrupted other races into semi-demon which can have children, how many initial semi-demon should they most likely create in order for such a race to become common later in the future?

I'd say about a thousand or less depending in the type of demon.

How long would it take for them to breed, and what would be the final population's number?
Assuming a human-like birth rate and pregnancy.

Probably most holdovers have faded into irrelevance, or are a tiny minority.

I figure the Demon Lord is very busy screwing her husband, so she leaves the day to day activities to her top generals.

I think any monster species can grab the throne and make changes (though the Demon Lord had to figure out the infinite sex energy loop to make as many big changes as she did) because monsters are meant to cull the civilized races (humans, demihumans) so having one of them take the throne doesn’t make sense- unless they’ve corrupted themselves into monsters.

Who lives in and near the Sea of Knights? I remember something about a sunken city surrounded by a ship graveyard but not much past that.

I suggested one coast having a single large state, and dozens of small states on the other.

It’s very foggy, rainy and stormy, you have a lot of fishermen telling ghost stories, and swapping tales of the deep.

The Sea itself, if I recall, has a sunken city that many of the undead seem to... turn up at when they drown. They're, they are bound to serve the city and protect it from literally anything and everything - nothing gets in, and more importantly, nothing gets out.
I don't know the demographics, but I think it's only humans who died that end up there, reanimated, living out eternal lives of service as the undead. Don't know if that's actually the case though, nor if it was ever explained why it was only humans if it was the case.

I think it was a city if the dead that is chaos aligned.

We also had ghost ships, and goth mermaids. I’m wondering what other spooky things we can have though that aren’t Cthulhu or undead.

It's not like a dragon would fall in and drown. The goth mermaids and sea bishops seem to have their own religion going on. Maybe whatever they're worshiping is protecting them from whatever calls the undead?

I think we should address mermaid religion cause I feel we are diverging from MGE lore- they have it that they worship Poseidon who joined sides with the Demon Lords- hence the deep waters are dangerous for sailors. I think we should come up with a new version.

Poseidon is really nice. She won't sink ships if the sailors are married and people that fall into the ocean no longer drown. They either get snatched up by an aquatic girl to be their husband, or get turned into Nereids.

We've long since diverged. This religion doesn't seem to extend past that one sea.

I mean I could but I don’t want to. That’s too simplistic. I want both sides to be flawed, just that the Order is more wrong than the Demon Lord, but that’s mitigated by them believing the Chief god who they have no reason to doubt.

Both ‘the Demon Lord is the ultimate evil’ and ‘the Order is the ultimate evil’ seems much too one-dimensional, I believe the setting works best as a grey vs. grey setting.

Should we sat all the types of elves (dark elves, sand elves, snow elves, animoo elves) are just ethnicities or cultures of elves, or seperate races? I vote the former.

I also say we should throw out the MGE portrait of Dwarves. Dwarves should be shortstacks, and halflings are for Loli.

Also MGE have trolls listed as Demihumans, and I have a soft spot for that.

And lastly Giants. With seven foot female giants with girl abs.

I'd imagine ole Gaunter O. Dimm would play both sides in this conflict. He's still his old malevolent self.

Okay so we’ve said corruption can be burned off through various methods- it’s physically uncomfortable or painful but not debillitating.

So- let’s a Succubus makes the choice to stop being corrupt- it’s unlikely but extenuating circumstances exist. Perhaps she commits to years of prayers, or perhaps she asks an angel to smite her.

So you no longer have a corruption fetish (though some other shit like purification may take its place) or the ability to corrupt. I’m thinking a lot of the old instincts are still there, manifesting themselves in interesting ways- such as the example I gave- instead of wanting them get down and dirty with your chosen gender, she just wants to chivalrously court the ever loving fuck out of those Maidens.
