>the legendary warrior-princess is so talented a weapon master that all around them, weapons levitate, come to life, take on sapience, fawn over her, and wish to serve her

What could you do with this concept for an NPC?

Scrap it for something less mary sue

Add that weapons wielded against her naturally try to avoid her, even just barely

A good reason why you should never awaken objects.

She aims to possess every weapon in the world, creating a peace that would last her lifetime. This includes the PCs weapons, some of which have already come to life. Her Royal Wizard is currently building a magical throne that would amplify her power, allowing her influence to spread across the world! To fund its production she rides to conquer her enemies, draining rival treasuries dry. Spearmen unwittingly impale allies, arrows turn mid-flight, siege weapons take long naps.

Strangely, her influence is beginning to spread beyond mundane weapons. First it was wands and offensive magics. Now anything that could be used as a weapon of war, even conceptual practices, like information warfare, have become aware and take to her side.

Can the party stop this Goddess of War?

Sounds like a fun JoJo enemy.

>Add that weapons wielded against her naturally try to avoid her, even just barely
The solution, as so often, is magnets. Big honkin' magnets. This way, the weapons aren't wielded against her and so don't avoid her, she's just in the flight path of several tons worth of very sharp, very fast metal blades.

The age of the monk has come.

Burn this Tzeench worshipper!

Fuck the talent. Skill is everything.
> Train in martial arts to the top of the human potential
> Train beyond it.
> Wait for the princess to live long enough to become the villain (and with such an obsession with weapons and powr level, she is destined to
> Confront her in a fight barehands
> She is still good, very good, mainly because weapons serve her (and you don't have one anyway)
> You only manage to briefly touch her once with your finger, and she wounds you badly
> "Perpare to die!"
> "Omae Wa Mou Shindeiru"

I would either make her actually a terrible fighter, or so good at martial arts that it gets in the way of properly fighting with levitating weapons.

She's perfectly effective in wars, but needs protecting from assassinations and the like. She keeps company with alchemists, food tasters, and hyper-sensitive pets to cover her weaknesses, but maintaining her image as a beautiful princess on top of that leaves her no time to actually build up some muscle.

Against the great and violent god awakening, she'd never be in the party. But you better pray she's on your side keeping the horde of thousands at bay while you attempt to kill a god.

If you can create magnets this powerful, you shouldn't be concerned with lolis.

Ruin a game.

She thinks weapons are an illusion and is trying to transcend them. A true master can wreak sublime violence through the manner in which they displace space.

Make her vulnerable to even the slightest of punches. Also, weapons can only sense other weapons, thus her automatic force field is useless against fists and dumb beasts.

>your body falls in love with the princess

Its a ruse
someone else controls the weapons with ,agnets from behind the scenes while she just tries to keep her cool

Fuse her with Pic related. She is the best warrior there ever was but she is literally autistic and cant get laid.

limit the number of weapons to ones she has personally mastered, they take on human form and fight you as mini bosses before you fight her

I approve of this plan.

The sentient weapons are largely loyal to their original wielder in a lot of cases. They're just being star struck fans for the time being, but it should hopefully fade. Just be prepared to hear excited weapon noises trying to make you buy warrior princess merchandise before they revert back to their base forms later on.

Hopefully you can come up with a less retarded concept with the time you'd save by trying to make this one work.

Knowing my group the whole thing would devolve into fate jokes. And the GM knows this, so he wouldn't do it to begin with.

Jokes on her. My necromancer's staff is already intelligent and bonded to him eternally, even beyond death. The evil staff is also capable of casting its own animate/control undead spells along with party buffs. Staff would not go with her willingly.

Your mouth says no, but your body says yes!

Would it turn the campaign in to to much of a joke if siege weapons turned against her could and did backfire in Wile E Coyote-esc ways? Full on "The catapult launches its projectile behind itself onto its crew" and

Main enemy for an all-Monk/Brawler party?

Love triangle with the party fighter and his sword

copy more off ff15?

What you're describing is a Psion with ego problems.

I would not use it.

Eidolon (Ghostwalk)2
Warblade 1
Fighter 2
Warblade (2nd level)
Master of the Unseen Hand via Ghostwalk's Poltergeist Hand feat line to qualify.

Probably Warblade or Master Thrower after that, or talk to your DM about either Argent Savant with some quirks to work with the Telekinesis and effects or Elemental Savant (Metal) for your weapons and switch out Energy Resistance for DR/- of half its value and the Energy Substitution to Bludgeoning, Slashing, and Piercing (DR applies) for maneuvers that would otherwise have it. Swordsage works for a dip there to get Metalic versions of the Desert Wind school maneuvers.

This results in you having
>Full Attack option on One Primary Weapon, a favored blade or bludgeon, via telekinesis.
>Full Blast Multi-Weapon spam attacks via Telekinetic Thrust, while you hold each of the spare weapons around via Poltergeist Hand's Ghost-Hand effects (One Ghostly Hand per Charisma Modifier.).

Characteristically the Princess is a little uneducated in Magic because she has an obsession with heroes and legendary warriors, her family having a long lineage with them. Unfortunately, she's not Martially talented; she's magically talented. Her love of the warrior's path has tilted her supernatural talents into a martial bent, and the weapons that "love her" are essentially weapons she has a strong association with and draw to her subconsciously. Her family is pretty sure they know what she actually is but between her doubtless fervor of loyalty to the Crown and Country, they trust her to get better with the stuff and hire a couple of more professional magic-types (Adventuring party?) to help her cultivate her abilities to one day have a chapter in the book of her family's line of legends.

>Potential IC antics regarding her self-discovery vs keeping her in the dark to better facilitate her fantasies and fun.
>Magic generally less common in the region, princess's arcane awakening a rare thing, but great-great uncle was a Siege Mage (Conjure Trebuchets, Balistae, etc, hurls boulders) so this isn't entirely unheard of.
>Consider picking up Awaken Object spells for favored weapons, eventually wielder of dozens of sentient weapons all loyal to their Future Queen.
>Potential IC plots via Anti-Mage division throwing a fit over a mage on the throne if revealed. Cover-up of having to go find dozens of magic weapons to show that it Is the weapons, not Her.

If she's travelling with the party, make sure to grab some chains, rope-darts, and other tripping weapons, as well as maybe make the 2nd level in Warblade a 1st level in Crusader for Healing/Supportive maneuver focus, not turning her into as much of a meat-grinder as a situational support for the party, pocket-healer in a pinch. That with a dip in Swordsage after MOTUH is finished (five levels) flows right into Master of the Nine as well if you've got the feats to spare, though you may need two more in Fighter or two in Warrior (Generic Class) to cover the prereqs.

Have her put on a song and dance number with her dancing weapons.

It always seems like Monks are Aquaman of classes who only really shine in campaigns like this where conventional weapon users have something that makes them unable to use their weapon.
