Er, kind of you to repost this for me, honestly appreciated, but there is a new version (really only visual improvements, made wider for better viewing) I was going to post instead.

If it's adopted, that means it's not incest, right?

Debatable. Certainly genetic concerns do not apply.

user no.

Well, at least there should be no issues with it even if it should technically be incest.
Why?

What kind of adventures? And do you use "Mistress" instead of "waifu" a) to be 'classy'; b) because you don't want to actually wed; or c) because you want femdom?

... regardless of your answers, check out In the Wake of the Dawn for high fantasy or Within a Dark Forest for more of a supernatural survival horror vibe.

What would be cool concepts for the home of a dimensional traveller, who's home is on this Earth? Anybody have ideas? I was thinking a cave that looks shoddy from the outside but is secretly tricked out

Attached: 06414b8944c7dae70a1ecc1d8e9d9d77.jpg (550x459, 41K)

So, they have a physical home in this dimension, as opposed to a pocket dimension accessed from Earth?

On the off chance you're still around, how do you feel about
the notion of expanding off of the Pantheon's crumbling setup in favor of cultivating a new start entirely? Coincidentally, how do you like sailing?

A portable door for fast travel like that one from doraemon

Yeah a physical home. The dimension travelling is just a hobby. Pocket dimensions are expensive who has the money for that?
Probably I can add in a way to fast travel on earth? so that the cave can be remote but you can still go to the shop

That would be pretty neato

>a physical home
It depends.

If it was easy for him/her to pop around, they would likely have a lot of smaller homes at beautiful locations. These homes wouldn't have anything truly bizarre enough to "give them away". In addition, one or two secure homes in hidden locations where they would store their really weird stuff.

As for a "regular" home, it again depends. Is this a normal person who acquired dimensional travel powers? In that case it would probably be a normal-ish home in their home country. Or is it someone from another dimension who just decided to settle down here?

For the looks of it he means that the guy travels dimensions like one goes traveling to see the world and lives on earth

>The World: Terra Nova
Growing increasingly uncomfortable, user shifts in the metal chair. While the chair digs into his legs' flesh, it's not the chair that's making him such - it's the unflinchingly serious man and woman sitting across the white table glaring at him, dressed in suits that might be worth more than he is.

user came here for a job interview - a recent graduate from university, he struggled to find anything that used his degree. So when he got a call offering to talk about a vague position he never applied for, he accepted out of desperation. Things got weird after that. Like how he was brought here by their transportation, how the car windows seemed to completely stop passengers from seeing the outside world. How his phone's GPS stopped working since he got in the car, and his lack of reception.

When they finally arrived, he was immediately and silently escorted by two burly men through what appeared to be a large research center. Reaching a sterile room (what he unnervingly imagined would make a great interrogation room), he was ordered to sit in the lone metal chair across from a man and woman, as the two burly men blocked the exit.

And so his unrelenting interview began. Hours ago.

More hours passed, and the questions grew increasingly bizarre and probing. What started as job history questions became personality questions. Personality moved to personal identity - religion, politics. Identity went to dreams. They spent a long time on dreams. Then the second half of the interview began - monitoring user's brain as they showed various stimuli. Mostly pictures and videos of what appeared to be alien worlds and creatures. Most banal, some beautiful. Few utterly horrifying.

Now long past the point of exhaustion, the brain scanner is finally taken off, and the man and woman smile as they inform user that he is eligible for recruitment into their most ambitious project. user smiles back weekly - he doesn't actually want the position, but rather wants to cooperate so he's brought home and can call the cops.

That is, until an envelope is handed to him. Compensation for the interview they say, with the details of his future monthly salary if he accepts.

There's a lot of zeroes.

Upon instant acceptance, he is told of the project's code name - "Terra Nova".

>Balanced
The initial week is a lot of adjustment, but the (private? government?) agency user works for is more than accommodating - while they require living on site during the first month for acclimation and monitoring, the covered living quarters are luxurious to the point he's greatly tempted to ask if he can stay on-site afterward, only occasionally visiting family and friends on allotted holidays. Speaking of relationships, they were firmly insistent on giving a solid cover story to the outside world - the exact work here is (unsurprisingly after his experiences) kept extremely secret.

Indeed, his role here is kept almost completely secret to he himself. Arbitrary and inconsistent tasks like filing paperwork or mopping the floors - nothing nearly worth his paycheck.

user isn't completely ignorant - he participated in and helped run lab experiments at the university, where subjects were unaware of the true goal of the study. He figures the busywork they give him are mere covers for the true reason he's here - his brain. Not his intelligence (he guesses he's far outclassed in every professional and mental quality the actual employees here seem to have in abundance), but he guesses the helmet (brightly colored, probably to easily differentiate him from the rest of the staff - no one else has anything like it) he wears most of the day is probably an advanced brain scanner. Whatever the reason, he's giving valuable data. Very valuable, based on the perks and money - and so long as the money flows, he's happy to stay.

After the first couple weeks, he's brought through a winding hallway to an extremely guarded elevator. After the long ride down, they reach a conference room - and sees others wearing the familiar helmet. user isn't completely surprised - though he feels a (mildly shameful) sense of disappointment that he isn't completely special. Two men and three women wearing them, talking to a lab coat wearing scientist.

Thanks for the partial build, at least, user.

I haves noticed that the cyoas that allow me to random select, I end up in a stealth type role or class. What is fate telling me?

i just didn't know how to go about choosing personality traits for myself

you're a nigger harry
use your stealth ability to steal shit

Is there some kind of Anti-Hero CYOA?

Oh, doing the "You're the child"? I would say that you should start by picking the traits that best represent you. then, adjust in a positive direction until you have the right "numbers". That's not a *rule*, but it's how I would approach it.

Alternatively, if you wish, you could just pick the traits that you'd like to have, and assume that those influence your current personality.

That you prefer classes which don't force you to stick around to get smacked up.

Please keep going. I'm finding this interesting so far. Can't wait to see if there's some shamalama-Dingdong like twist at the end.

Quests:
The Federation
An Empire Eternal
Free & Sustainable

Hopefully 10,000BC is early enough to prevent the extinction of all the American mega fauna that I hope to domesticate, but worst-caste scenario at least I can force technology to advance with my Book of Knowledge if all the horses and camels and shit die off. Eventually my goal is to create an advanced empire isolated from Eurasian civilizations and just enjoy whatever happens when they inevitably encounter each other.

Remember that one dude whose sylvan waifu got killed and then he got captured by troglodytes or something? Good times.

Were there even people in the Americas that early?

I do. And there were; Lithic Stage, stone tools, etc. Very primitive, likely no large scale social organization at that point.

>turning non jumpchain cyoas into jumpchain

Go back to Jumpchain.

I wrote more in depth explanations for my choices, but wound up nearly 2,000 over the comment limit so I just cut out all the green text I had.

To sum up, all I really know for sure is that "Clovis Culture" existed roughly 11,000 years ago, and that was in what is now known as the state of New Mexico. I'm just hoping that who (or what) ever is sending me back in time is willing to grant the spirit of my choice, rather than just dump me 10,000 years in the past in some random location in North America.

>Lithic Stage, stone tools, etc. Very primitive, likely no large scale social organization at that point.

Good enough for me.

>cut out all the green text I had.
But that’s the best part!

>10,000 years in the past
10,000BC is 12,000 years in the past, pre-Clovis, user. You may want to shoot for 8,000BC just so you have a bit more to work with. But then again, 10,000BC may be better to prevent mega-fauna extinction.

In honor of checked quads, I will post build.

>Pre-Agricultural
I will be there from as close to the beginning as I can without taking a plainly impossible drawback.

>Immortal wanderer
>Quester, Wizard, Beastfoe, Nemesis
Just assuming I complete Quest, because honestly... what's the point otherwise? This leaves me with a grand total of (135/135)

>Intelligence 2, Memory 1, Artist, Commander (117/135)
Basically I want to be super smart, but not so much so that I just can't relate to people on a basic level. As for commander? I'm going to be a military genius so I can hold whatever territory I manage to take, and the art bit is just so I have a hobby. (It'd get a mite boring otherwise.)

>Str/Speed 3, Imp/Implacable 4, Ref/Reac 4, Regen 3, End 1, Diet 2, Sanitary convenience 2, Super senses 1 (41/135)
So basically I want to be an Olympian style figure, which means I need the walk long before I start with all the talk. Being nigh unhittable, and almost indestructible aside means they ain't got shit on me.

Magic:
>Major- Shapeshifting/Stormsage (21/135)
Not much to say here. Always gorgeous, and any empire I decide to found will be graced with neat-o weather for their agriculture. (Plus god of weather could be fun.)

Inheritable:
>Senses, speed/str/ref/regen/diet/Impervious (12/135)
My descendants are all ubermensche. What else is there to say? Good all around.

Objects:
>Book of knowledge/culture (2/135)
>Personal Omni weapon/wear (0/135)
Don't you just hate it when you find yourself as a Greek Myrmidon in Renaissance Italy? Well, never again! With all the advancements of humanity at your beck and call, and a rockin set of threads you and your kick ass weapon of choice will never go out of fashion!

Goal:
>The Myth maker
All of the others require quite a bit of work, and I'd rather just fuck around for awhile. But I've got to have some kind of goal for the quest dealio, and this is the coolest, imo.

Attached: 1520553490680.jpg (736x850, 95K)

I know, but my starting point is more of an idea than an exact science. 10,000BC is as far back as I can go, otherwise I might have gone even farther.

>Cont.

While I'm over here making myself a living legend, Bitchboi Mcfuckface is going to be constantly faffing about trying to fuck my shit up and make sure nobody remembers me. Thing is, that's actually pretty difficult, since the more effort he puts into destroying my legacy, the more people are going to hear about his efforts and wonder just wtf he's trying to destroy. Which is a nice little bonus for me, since I'll actually be around to tell them. Also, the beastfoe thing is going to be pretty inconvenient after awhile, but living in TES with random bear attacks out of fucking nowhere could be pretty amusing for a little while.

This is to this day my favourite gallery because the tree/loving family/faeries combo is amazing for comfy adventures with your daughteru

Why are you posting this?
It has sucked ever since he got a boner for multiplayer I have never seen anyone use. A whole bunch bunch of crappy rebalances that make no sense. Because even multiplayer sucks compared to the first version.

Post the version that isn't crap.

It does, even with time-saving things like Ren'Py. A dude in /weg/ worked on a visual novel and it took him about a year or so, that was only with 5 relatively short days.

I honestly like Loving family/Fun > physics/ Pet flame for comfyventures. Gives you rediculous adventures to go on with daughteru and a neat-o pet besides.

A bunch of people used Multiplayer myself included. It was really fun.

>Locking the insanely high durability behind God Mode
>Crappy rebalance

Ok

The RP was that linked here died though. RIP.

Really? Because I never saw a thing like that here. Are you some kind of discord fag?

There was a dedicated thread for it about two years ago. Angelanon got reamed by a fox and some Caesar expy turned an Alexander expy into his waifu. Oh also there was a magical race war. Top notch roleplaying all around.

Attached: Be the monster_2.jpg (1200x5287, 4.52M)

>Also magical race war
>wat.jpg

Please, do tell me this story. This thread isn't terribly active atm, and that seems like it was some top keks.

Sadly I am on my phone and more or less supposed to work. I did find the thread: archive.4plebs.org/tg/thread/48537067/

It has a whole bunch of other problems. Adding more picture is good, sure. But then he made the font smaller and a whole bunch harder to read.

The Pocket Dimension has stupid default rules. Like your children or servants not being allowed inside, because only companions can enter.

Or only being able place the entrance on top of an existing opening, where it blocks whatever is behind it. Want to slap it against a wall so it isn't in the way if existing stuff, need a surcharge. Guess who blocked the surcharge in multiplayer?

The various 'Fates' are not in any way balanced.

>Mommy tiamat will never rebirth you
>You will never topple the gods in punishment of their absolute dicketry
>You will never free mommy tiamat from her prison
>You will never unite monsters and humans again
Feels bad man

>It has a whole bunch of other problems.
This is true. But I frankly came to the conclusion that the problems are of a complexity and depth that would require much more time and effort that I found it plausible to dedicate to it. I disagree on the Fates being unbalanced, but I'm not going to argue about it.

People seem to still enjoy it, and that's delightful; if people want to use older versions, that's fine too. I don't think it's practically "fixable" in any way that isn't going to piss off all the more people every time I try to make a patch. That's the lesson I learned.

I'm glad people like it, and I'm not touching it again in the present form because it inevitably leads to more grief than benefit, both for me, and for the thread.

Thanks buddy.

That is a long time ago. I haven't seen anyone use the multiplayer since he 'fixed' it.

In fact, before 2.0, Altering History was posted rather often. That after, it got to a point it was not posted nearly at all. Like there was a 1 1/2 month gap between posts.

Because the new version just isn't fun like the old version was.

Heh, like the Bitchboi McFuckFace Nemesis. I don't think he'll give you too much difficulty. Thanks for the build.

which ones are the "you settle down"?

>multiplayer 2.0
I played in it, acheld made a fantasy map any everything, and put people's starting locations on it and all sorts of stuff. it just wasn't run in a place that we're allowed to speak of. It was a lot more than you would have wanted in the thread.

the village cyoa

>tfw you've discovered what you want from life as a result of playing childish choice games on an antarctic crochet forum
I never would have thought that all I wanted from life was to have a loving family and to work a career where I could help others. I've been avoiding romance as a whole until I was farther along with my career, but maybe I should look to change that.
Thanks for everything, /cyoag/. I wish you the best.

>I disagree on the Fates being unbalanced
Look at the Wizard fate and how many CP you need to sink into it You could spend 60 fucking points on magic WITHOUT the Wizard fate, and it is still cheaper than taking that fate.

You need to spend an ungodly amount of points to gain any benefit at all. And the discount doesn't apply to companions at all. So if you wanted to spread around the imbues so every companion was a teacher of magic, NOPE.

Then you have General, where 10 points gets you 8 points in perks and items, and a discount. You don't have to spend 70 points in one section for a miniscule discount.

You just seems to hate the magic, and punish anyone who like it.

What you did to Figure of Legend is pretty horrific. No, you don't die, you just become flowers for algernon bit by bit. Watch as you memory rots, your creativity evaporates, and your intellect plummets. And you never get them back, not once you complete a quest, not a point every decade or century you live, never.

And the multiplayer, which makes everyone be so much less than they could be, lets have the benifit for taking that trap.

I like the few new options you introduced, the Master of the cycle and such.

Could you make a 1.7.1 revised version, that has the new stuff only, but none of the restrictions you added, or price changes, or mechanic downgrades?

I wish you luck user

Attached: DSA Gentle Femdom.jpg (1400x10000, 7.91M)

Oh shit I didn't notice it was that one. Thanks.
