ssshhhhh

Last twitter update was 10 days ago. Not the shilling you promised....

You did my research too

12m market cap with 15,000 daily volume...

either its dead, or extremely under the ra-

>etherdelta

nevermind, fuck off

It has doubled its marketcap in the last days, it's way under the radar.

>Etherdelta
Most gems start there.

This coin is centralized. You're basically trusting these guys to make good real estate purchases and pay the coin holders back.

Doesn't this also count as a security since it pays dividends to holders? The SEC is not going to like that. I feel like this project is going to run into some major legal troubles.

Please no shill yet :)

KEK!!!!!!!!! This was the same marketcap back in september. Did you have fun holding these bags?

Dropped this shit the moment i realized it had no chance of being listed in any exchange because of being a security.

...

as far as I understood, you use the tokens to invest in the houses you think will make a profit.
They only list them on their website.

really thought about investing but wanted to wait till I see a working website but it might be a lot more expensive by then

>You're basically trusting these guys to make good real estate purchases and pay the coin holders back.

The listing is centralized, your investment is your own.

>The SEC is not going to like that. I feel like this project is going to run into some major legal troubles.

Also did my research here, the token does not guarantee anything, the token is just used as payment method in their platform.

>Dropped this shit the moment i realized it had no chance of being listed in any exchange because of being a security.

If they started accepting Bitcoin or Ethereum as a payment method on their platform, would that turn them into securities?

The only regulations this needs to be compliant with are Singaporean basic real state investing laws, if they're not being listed is not because of being a security, it's cause marketcap is shit atm.

I tend to invest 1-2 months prior to important roadmap milestones of coins with potential and so far so good, if I'm buying this is going to be this week.

Why they have Request Network logo on their website.

>and many of you pointed out that you did not like the logo, and that it looked too similar to other crypto company that starts with “R”, so we’ve decided to change it. We will share the new proposal shortly.

From their December update

PnD. Anyone who has basic knowledge of real estate knows that there is no way any regulatory body allows this. The few ones that take in crowd financing start with $1000 bites and want all your data. Not just a bitcoin adress. this looks like a well made PnD.

regulatory bodies in USA maybe but I really doubt Singapore will have a problem with that

I'm guessing thats the reason they have to go places with this kind of casino attitude is accepted. "Yeah, our cash is a little low right now, please wait we will put the windows in your house when the normies buy more".

This already exists in Spain (housers.com) and didn't run into that many issues with the EU regulation.

Bernardo Hernandez (@berniehernie) is involved in this project, he created Tuenti and idealista, I'm pretty sure he wouldn't involve himself if this was going to backfire on him.

I think I will invest a bit of money into this
Also, I would recommend having a look at Hedge they are also under the radar

Will check out. Thanks man.

I'm placing a buy order on Real, seems the counter-arguments against this are not that solid to grant this low marketcap.
