1) it's good for the network, since more seeders means that the network is more robust and, from a leecher's point of view, that there is more choice
2) prominent uploaders won't have to worry about this. Think about those groups that always upload the latest release. If you use those you'll want to support them by seeding their copy.

So, in essence, that's a non-problem.
