loopring is pretty solid for the next couple months. their wallet is mostly up and there's an airdrop for their neo and qtum tokens. binance/bittrex are planning on using loopring too. they announced their partnership with zcash recently too to implement anonymous tranactions. also loopring offers p2p trading, which is one thing the chinese government still allows.
