Has anyone here actually made life-changing money with crypto? As in, the gains seriously impacted your job, your day-to-day life, career prospects, etc?

Link will set me free

Idk. I'm chilling in a casino hotel until I figure out what I'm doing with my life next. Should probs figure that out faster. This 648k ain't gonna last forever.

I was near broke (under 20k) last year fucking hookers in SE Asia. Now I am a crypto millionaire trying to be responsible and figure out a way to be set up for life.

Shit is really weird how life works out.

>has the gains seriously impacted your job, your day-to-day life

yes. no sleep.
fast food delivery
shower every 10 days
piss in 40 ounce soda bottles
leave room only to shit

What you got planned?

I'm thinking military.

Thats cool man. Well I still gotta help buy my mom a house she always looked out for me so I gotta make that happen at some point.

I don't really know what my plan is yet figured lets see how things play out maybe by Summer I will do something big.

Not yet, probably about 15% there. Lets hope for a good 2018!

Been in close to a year, initial investment 3k AUD now hovers between 80-180k.

Work 2 days this week coming and then 4 days at the start of February. Life's good. Cashed out about 10k

Well considering I started quite recently last year, I've already made about year worth of working on my job. There's one coin that's probably going to make me insane gains this year if nothing unusual happens.

I have two friends I know very well IRL who have made 250k and 1 million. Granted 250k isn’t really that life changing after taxes but a million is much closer to being that. The sicko hasn’t taken anything out and is waiting for another 10x this year to make 10 mm.

legit, congrats brah

how did you turn 3K AUD to 100K AUD
Not coin specifics, but how you traded

eg, if a coin 2 or 4 x'd, would you sell all, sell a portion, reinvest into a new coin? etc

How did you have that money in SEA? Did you save up from a previous job and try to make shit work there? Or had plans of coming back? NEET bucks?

I plan on going to SEA soon. Might move there and fuck around.

How much do I need a month to be comfy? I'm thinking $1-2k.

Your friend is smart. I'm in the same boat (~$1.5 million crypto portfolio at the moment) and not planning on selling any until it's worth at least 3-4x as much.

turned 900 into 90k
quit my job
i will NOT work for anyone else ever again i swear to god
i'll just live in a van and go to the gym, library, whatever. ez life

>retiring on 90k

i cashed out 25k into fiat so i'm technically retiring on 25k lol
but it's not like i'm just going to waste that 65k
put that shit to work
funny enough i 'work' more now than before i spend 12 hours a day researching, even learning to code so i can make some shit ico for stellar
and javascript should be easy to learn to make some easy money on maidsafe when it launches(hint: never)
but regular work would take me away from my research

Yup. I hate my shitty job, and now I act like it at work because I dont give a fuck if I get fired. Im not rich, but I could easily go months without working.

I had money saved up from playing poker for a few years and I was living in Bangkok; It was cool got tired of the shit traffic and hookers got tiring after a while.

Came back to US in california and crypto shot through the fuckin roof and my life changed.

Got in early 2016 so you could say my timing was good since all the faggot normies didnt even pay attention to bitcoin back then.

any crypto tips?

This. I'm about to use some of my link gains to buy my first car. I went all in with everything I had at 0.2

>actually paying for pussy

i have no hope for some of you

Sure if you are starting out like I was a poor fuck here is the thing.

Find projects with amazing team and a real business model something that can change how we do business in the real world but do it way more efficiently on the blockchain.

I know that sounds ambiguous but if you can see the long term vision and identify cryptos that will change certain ares of industry (p2p financial markets, invoice factoring, dex payment networks) and invest in these type of projects you will have generational wealth.

Everyone on Veeky Forums is busy chasing shitcoins but thats not the keey to getting rich. You may 10x here or there but eventually you will lose it all.

Find the best tokens and hold long term. Trust and you will be filthy rich. Im gonna hit 10 mill this year ez just by holding a few tokens.

Im gonna get flamed for my advice but anyone who made 7 figs and can prove it feel free to argue with me.

do you consider getting out of 15k debt "life-changing"?
thats pretty much all i've done, the only time i've sold my precious crypto, but it feels really nice.

i'm a wage slave in a warehouse and that shit would have taken me a decade to pay off with all of the other normal bills i have to deal with.

Bro when pussy in BKK is like $50 for an 8 why go through the effort of trying to pick up a girl go on a date pay for a meal. That is bullshit.

Just pay , take her home fuck her and get some pad thai.

iv been doing that 2, I just drive around the country in my jeep with my dog and crash at hotels.

what are you holding?

hard cap on thai girls is a 7.5

>Buying a car with LINK
>Not hodling
Never going to make it.

>investing in smart useful things makes you rich

wow this is really riveting

LOL fair enough man 7.5 but $50 still decent. How many hours do you have to invest to fuck a girl in US? Time is money at this point so rather not waste the time.

I am holding BTC, ETH, VEN, PPT, RLC, and XBY.

You say that but all I see on biz is a bunch of broke faggots chasing shitcoin pipedreams.

A dude asked tips and I gave some. No need to be an ass about it Im just trying to be helpful. Thats why 99% of people on here will stay fuckin broke because they cant take some advice from someone who already made it.

Stay poor.

v true.

thx for coin tips. are you a long term holder for xby? believe in the tech? i'm on the fence and obviously missed out on the massive gains already

I know 2 people in 2 different social groups that have 2million+ each that have big positions in BTC, NEO, ETH, ICX. I know they're holding ICX for at least a year, and everyone I know that does research on it picked up a pretty big position in it.

My own thoughts are it's going to be world changing, and will probably be the first coin to move an entire country (south korea) into a cashless society.

>

A lot of people calling XBY a scam but I think if the tech pans out it could really be a top 15 coin so I got in under a penny so pretty much gonna let that ride for a while.

I dont know much about ICX but def missed out on NEO.

Im still fairly confident I'll do well you cant hit every one out the park just need or two good ones.

I've paid off 70k in student loans, put solar on my house and bought 50k in cars for me and my wife

Mortgage next.

I agree, I admire his discipline. If it was me, which by EOY I hope it will be, I certainly wouldn’t cash all of it out but I’d at least take out enough to pay off all my debts (30k) and buy a nice car for like 25k.

In imaginary money, yeah. I haven't cashed out a single penny though so nothing has been life changing or anything

I’m retiring early from military to Crypto full time and run a business. Prolly a sports bar that accepts crypto

How much crypto do you still hold?

thanks. appreciate your thoughts.

icon seems promising as tech but it already seems so highly valued. then again, i'm still a noob

everything seems highly valued, so use relative comparisons. I'd put it at least on par with NEO's market cap.

No worries bro stay hungry and dont fall for scams and you will make it.

Its so early in crypto still if you find the right tokens you still have 2 year window i think to really get rich off this shit. But when you find something you gotta go balls deep and hodl.

ITT: Some people who bought +$5000 of crypto before Sept 2017 and rode the Sept-Nov bull run, who think theyre savvy investors now and giving bull advice in a bear market.

I’m a veteran and I’ve never seen it.

> bought in last Wednesday.

Get out of here kid before you hurt yourself.
