While it sounds nice in theory, this is not feasible until the tax situation is simplified. At least in the US, every time you buy something with crypto, you have to compare the cost of buying that thing in dollars to the cost you paid for the amount of crypto you are now exchanging, and figure the difference as a capital gain/loss.
