No one of the exchanges did some market manipulation today. The owner knows that no one will use his terrible exchange once the currency gets listed elsewhere so he milked the shit out of it today by causing a huge panic and stopping people from withdrawing XRB from the exchange so that he could crash the price there fill his pockets. This is what happens when things are on sketchy amateurish exchanges.

Guy might actually be in physical danger though because he fucked over a lot of people out of a lot of money for personal gain while claiming that he's just incompetent.
