So chainlink can connect to IOTA now. So much for Mobius and Waltonchain
reddit.com
Linkpool builds chainlink external adaptor for IOTA
Check em
Is this the reason for the pumping? Reddit idiotasm
?
Fuck reddit, he's the dude actually doing something, why even downvote him?
Linkpool is fucking scam
Please explain.
30% of your gains as fees
Oh no 30% of the money you made jacking off to hentai porn while two adults manage your fucking money, pay you in a timely manner, and take all responsibility for any errors. What a fucking scam.
Run your own node then. No one is forcing you to use a pool.
You're free to set up your own node. But it's quite difficult and requires a lot of work. I think it's a lot too, but with competition the fees will come down, and higher fees are definitely justified compared to some ordinary DPoS thing considering the effort in coding that goes into a node.
Ah, that's not a scam, just good old theft. If they have no intention of reducing it, it will probably go down when they realize nobody wants to play with them.
Are these link pools safe to use though? What stops these guys from running with everyone's link? Sorry for the dumb question.
Smart contracts.
Explain? I thought a ChainLink node would just communicate to the network and process whatever external data was asked of it.
So is there any risk to doing this at all? I don't want to risk losing my link.
>Speculating by buying cryptocurrency
>being afraid to use that cryptocurrency to do what it's supposed to do
This is crypto in 2018
Of course there are risks, we don't really know how competent they are or how they'll act the first time there's a big fuckup.
I'm not afraid to run my own node dude, just don't want to give some people my link if there's a chance I'll lose it somehow. Keep acting like a dickhead though, that's what we all have to do because we're on Veeky Forums.
So technically, we can create a external adapter for WTC if we want to...LINK is truly blockchain agnostic.
>pick and shovel $$$
There's no chance of losing your Link in a Linkpool. Only the node operator is in risk. That makes me ok with the 30% fees.
They also absorb all penalty fees as part of that 30%.
UMMMMM Did you guys not see what happened in the PoWH shadowfork? The pajeet devs couldn't even code simple payout math and locked up 900 ETH forever. Smart Contracts are great but there's still a point of failure with the developers
Hopefully i get 2500$ monthly from linkpool some day so i can stop wagecucking
T. 20k linklet
Thank you for the info, going to look into it more on my own. I don't mind the fee either.
technically yes but why would you do that with a shitty blockchain project no company actually uses? unless you were a pajeet trying to pump your coin price for no reason
...
Link pool is having their smart contracts independently reviewed and pen tested of which all results will be publically released. The guys are fronting all the money and new users don’t have hidden fees which is why 30%. They claim on reddit that ithey will slash their take of this is a burden on users.
ya which is why you never invest in pajeet projects. except for mobius sir it is good price for you
Building a Chainlink external adaptor on wtc would put Mobius out of business
