WotC is quite slow so we're still in beta phase. There's afaik no official release date yet. The game looks OK from what I've seen, just look it up on Youtube. I'll probably give it a try since it's almost like Hearthstone, so free to play with many goodies like daily quests for ingame money and free cards.
