Hot chocolate on a rainy day is GOAT

For me it is the McChicken. The best fast food sandwich.

It's not. It's placebo plus the calming effect of the preparation ritual.

Naw chamomile extract has been seen in a couple studies to be a moderate teatment for anxiety and depression when compared to a placebo

Try combining chamomile with some other herbs. I am a fan of Valerian root, passion flower, kava kava, California poppy, lavender, and lemon balm

I've read studies that showed the opposite, but I'm not invested enough in this to be bothered looking them up again, so whatever.

I don't think they used an extract in the stuff I was reading, though. Just the standard tisane.

Tomato Soup

Yeah you probably need a lot of it. I take chamomile capsules. I used to make large batches of very strong tea, but its easier and cheaper to just take the capsules

Chamomille is magic.
I was diagnosed with a rare leukemia a year ago and the meds I was taking were causing me deep bone pain.

The only thing that was taking away the pain were oxycodone or traumadol but I abused them and refused to get more.

But chamomille saved me. For 30 minutes after drinking a cup of it I was relaxed and pain free.

I eventually switched meds and I have no pain now but I drink a chamomille tea everynow and then.

>cinnamon

Ice cream is pretty calming

I had an etizolam soaked assiago steak sandwich last night and felt pretty good.

I hope you're getting better, user.

Yeah the power of suggestion is pretty crazy

>have gastro while young
>nothing but fever and want to throw up
>Have resisted for the moment (dont like being sick)
>parents tell us chamomile tea will make us feel better
>Do nothing but throw up for the rest of the night.

Chamomile can make me feel sick from the very smell.

Haven't had chamomile in a while wish i could go buy some but fuck the weather here is way too damn hot to drink it

Get well soon user

Thanks anons, I'm fine now.
It was not suggestion or placebo you pragmatic fuck.

Stay Mad

bumping for more cozy food.

>not based chai tea

This shit right here will calm you it's got valerian root in it

I'm a fan of iced chamomile, maybe a little honey and lemon tasty stuff

Barley tea late at night does it for me.

Has anyone tried this? I haven't had it in awhile, but I recall getting kinda drowsy from it. If nothing else, I like how it tastes

i dont trust tea that is named with adjectives or without its actual name

drink peppermint tea to calm down, or green tea if you don't mind the caffeine. If you can get your hands on it, jasmine is lovely

This stuff makes me literally pass out. Like I'll drink half of one and I'll be fighting to stay awake

any brand of tea with paracetamol

I bet you put sugar in your cocoa and think it's supposed to be a sweet drink

All about this shit right here
I don't like chamomile, but this is bretty gud

Cinnamon and cacao in warm milk

Nighty night contains:
Passionflower
Chamomile
Linden
Catnip
Spearmint
Lemon(leaf and peel)
Lemongrass

In thos case the name fits

This stuff is pretty good, I'll usually throw a bag of their chamomile California poppy in with a bag of this when brewing

Clove tea. Just ground cloves in hot water. Gteat for kanker sores.
