Sprinkle cinnamon directly onto the bread. You get nice even coverage. Then when you fry it, the cinnamon is protect by egg and won't burn.

i like making chicken thighs with cinnamon, cardamon, cumin, tumeric, and nutmeg. brown an onion, throw the chicken in, make some long grain rice. its my go to meal
