I like my steaks cooked Pittsburgh Rare. Unfortunately not every restaurant knows what that is.

I like my steak charred on the outside but bloody as hell on the inside... whatever you call that.

Rare charred?

...And since were posting movie steaks for some reason.

I'm one of those snowflakes who insists on their steak being well done.

Fit for a king same as pic related is the only acceptable answer

Medium Rare>Anything else.

Why do you like to waste money?
Do you have the childish of attitude like "it's my money to waste, you can't tell me what to do" like you try to justify everything stupid you do by saying "shut up, I don't care that it's stupid and wrong and bad" ?
Because that's a bad way to be. I know, I know, you don't care, you're stubborn and ashamed that you're wrong so you'll pretend that you "prefer" it the wrong way because you're too proud to admit you're wrong.

Different user but I like my steak well done too, simply because I hate the mere sight or thought of blood.

>whatever you call that

Ruined? Inedible?

well done. with steak fries, A1 sauce. ketcup. yeast rolls.

get ready kids were going to sizzler!!!

dumb fuckers theres no blood in your steak when you slice into it, its the juice from the meat fats and aging.

Blood makes you sick unless you cook it properly, animals are bled out before slaughter.

I prefer pork, so well done.

Somewhere between rare and medium rare.

>get pan smoking hot
>sprinkle salt and pepper on one side of the meat
>seasoned side down
>do not move
>test firmness with finger
>when ready to flip season with salt and pepper
>flip and keep testing firmness
>when 30-45 seconds away throw in some butter
>as it melts keep spooning over meat
>when steak is done take off and rest for 8 minutes in a warm place

wala

Well done, covered in ketchup.

>do you like your steak cooked
Yes, yes I do.

What is this, kingpin?

It's Nicholas Cage in Moonstruck.

I like my steak burnt to a crisp, like basically carbon.

I was a medium rare memer for years but I recently tried rare and I'm never going back, what an improvement

Get over it
>it's red, it must be blood!
yet you love ketchup

I lived in apartments for about 10 years. Finally bought a house last year and the first thing I did after moving in was buy a grill and smoker. I fire 'em up every chance I get.

>lump charcoal
>ribeye
>salt and pepper
>medium rare

Makes my dick tingle just thinking about it.
