Anyone have a good cornish hen recipe?

with a butterfly knife.

What should I do with it?

Pretty much any chicken recipe.

>Salt it about an hour or two before cooking to dry out skin
>season with pepper, and thyme
>Preheat oven to 350
>In a sauce pan over medium low heat mix butter with honey
>Place chicken in oven baste with honey mixture every 15 minutes
>after and hour kick up the heat to broil to crisp it up for 1-2min

Thanks!

cornish hens are the biggest meme poultry

Why is that?

they're just little chickens, seriously. they are chickens, same species.

Really? I'd never heard of it. My girlfriend got them and asked me to cook them

Yeah but they're fun to cook and eat because they're just little chickens

I don't have any thyme. Think tarragon leaves would work? They have sort of a similar smell lol a little more sweet and minty. I'll post a pic when it's done

To make a Cornish hen
You need a mummy Cornish hen and a daddy Cornish hen that love each other very much

soy sauce, little orange juice, garlic. that's all you need

I've done it with oregano and "Italian spice" just use whatever spices you like thyme is just my preference

>a daddy Cornish hen
