Hi, I made some photos of me cooking to share with everyone. We had all kinds of veggies laying around and also some turkey we had to use, so we decided to make some couscous. Too bad we didn't have ginger
I forgot to add a potato, which my wife always does in her vegetarian couscous recipe. Don't ask me why my flour pot is in the picture, I didn't use it

now add chicken stock, you will need quite a lot because of the lentils we add later

let it simmer until the carrots are about halfway done

add lentils, these take 15-20 minutes until done

about 5 minutes before the sauce is done add raisins

I was reminded we needed some lemon by this time, so i took the last we had out of the freezer

add lemon zest and start boiling a small amount of water for your couscous

put couscous in a pot and add the boiled water after 7 minutes check if almost good, add a generous amount of butter and close for another 2 minutes
